The initial 'tour' is very helpful as a means to get you started and from there everything else just seems to fall into place. I really liked how easy it is to add and update your station's playlist. Took me no time at all to launch a radio station. **What do you dislike about RadioKing?** It's hard to find anything I dislike about RadioKing. I could complain about the price but that's only because I'd like to be spending less. The value is there. The statistics are very informative, but took a little while to understand. Would be nice to see in initial guided tour. **What problems is RadioKing solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows me to test how new songs will sound on the radio, plus gives me an opportunity to showcase tracks from some of the artists I'm working with. ### 2. The website is a bit hard to use, but with Mixxx RadioKing is just what we need and it is by far "Best in Class". We tried them all before choosing RadioKing. Update May 2023 Tech support is NOT GOOD **What do you dislike about RadioKing?** Scheduling is not easy to use. Many features go unused as the results seem to be unpredictable in the results. We do not use the website effectively. We would love to be able to set schedules for uploaded shows, but the website interface baffles us. "Shows, shoutouts, ads" and other features seem to be in a loop going nowhere. Update May 2023: Scheduling website scheduling was brocken guring this year's time change that cost our company an important client and a great deal of money (thousands $$$). Despite this obvous RadioKing error they only gave us only seven (7) days free for compenstation! **Recommendations to others considering RadioKing:** 1) Best in class for HD audio reliability. 2) Use RadioKing with professional software. **What problems is RadioKing solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mixxx works very well using (IceCast2) for transport on RadioKing. We have kept our "DanceClub" members interested during the Covid crisses and now RadioKing is a great way to communicate with our people. Payments: There are many problems using US bank Credit Cards - This has yet to be resolved completely. ### 3. Also, the storage space should be more for the price I am paying for. I plan to stay with Radio King But the prices Need to drop a little more and that will help all of us, that like Radio King **What problems is RadioKing solving and how is that benefiting you?** The Only Problem I having Connecting to the butt program so I could go live from. ### 4. Everything is clear and intuitive and there are tutorials to help guide you if necessary. It includes all the features you need for starting, organizing and sharing your radio station. Plus, the support team is incredibly helpful and reactive which is super important to me. **What do you dislike about RadioKing?** The pricing can get a bit high if you have more than one service (radio, website, mobile app….) but the sales team is always open to offering a discount for multiple subscriptions **What problems is RadioKing solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before, radio programming, organizing or sharing was laborious.
