They provide comprehensive, raw data on a huge variety of roles and jobs.

Had issues with customer support, specifically with support in a friendly time zone.

**What problems is Radford solving and how is that benefiting you?**

clear market data for all of our roles and date for most of our global markets.

Complicated, unintuitive pages that do are not easy to follow

Implement it in phases within the company

No need for physical payslips or bugging HR

**What do you like best about Radford?**

Very comprehensive data for all US markets and most international markets. We've mapped and based our entire workforce around comparing it to all of our employees and the functions they do. 

**What do you dislike about Radford?**

Information can be complicated to understand and you have to submit employee data to get employee data. But then again that's the entire point of a "market salary survey" so it's understandable. 

**Recommendations to others considering Radford:**

Focus on their market salary data.

**What do you like best about Radford?**

I've had our HR department use Radford to understand market-based compensation in our industry (life sciences).  The surveys are super-detailed, organized by company size, and with salary information ranging from plate washers to various technicians, to scientist levels, and to management.  Equity compensation information is also included, and Radford also publishes regular newsletters on salary changes and trends


**What do you dislike about Radford?**

This is the gold standard - so it is priced accordingly.  However, it can be a great tool in the war for talent


**Recommendations to others considering Radford:**

The level of accuracy and detail for compensation information, at least in life sciences, is unmatched.  Most HR departments at the larger biotech/pharma companies have access to Radford, as do smaller VC-backed companies.  Recommend this as the go-to-source.
