**What do you like best about Radarr?**

There are many SaaS that provides Social Media Listening. Personally, I find that Radarr provides the most accurate analysis based on keyword tracking and eliminates a lot of noise for us.

**What do you dislike about Radarr?**

The sentiment analysis for other languages such as Malay is less accurate at times. Perhaps the ML could be enhanced for this language because the majority of Malaysians post in Malay.

**What problems is Radarr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Radarr allows us to track online VoC effortlessly. Most importantly, capture any posts before they go viral and have complete visibility of online sentiments. At times, we captured certain patterns and trends that allows us to create new services/products based on the insight.

**What do you like best about Radarr?**

Easy to use and navigate UI. Efficient for social media analysis. Charts and figures are well designed and very responsive. Making reports for social media has become easier than ever.

**What do you dislike about Radarr?**

A little difficult to understand and grab the product initially but once spent good time, it becomes really easy to use. Can improve by adding more useful features and tools within.

Mainly using it for social media analysis by processing data in an efficient and appealing way. Competition benchmarking is next followed by reporting, which is super easy using Radarr.

The team is very flexible, supportive and passionate in what they do. Their approach to the project was comprehensive and structured. In addition, every member of the team was also proactive in ensuring we are aligned on the requirements, to help us get the required data and insights.

There is nothing i dislike about my experience with Radarr, I think they did an excellent job.

We wanted to group conversations by game genres, which can be quite tricky as people usually talked about game titles instead of genres in their conversations, which can be laborious to execute. Radarr has managed to come up with a structured, sensible and accurate approach to help us in our quest.

With the proliferation of the many social media platforms, tracking every single one to know what the users are talking about your business is almost impossible. Radarr covers most social platforms (especially the main ones) to handle the task seamlessly for you.

**What do you like best about Radarr?**

We were using another platform for social listening and anlytics but were bowled over when we discovered Radarr.  The UI is fantastic, the data coverage is better than the other platform we were using.  The customizable dashboards were not not only powerful in providing insights but were also a breeze to set up and use.  The accuracy of sentiments for Indian languages is far better than anything we have seen before.  

Recently, Radarr also launched their social response module that works across many platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc and also integrates with Salesforce and Zendesk.  Our CX team has started using this and this is a great addition to the platform. You just connect your accounts and pages and the platform does the rest.  The data fetches are almost real time, the response feature is superior and includes standard responses. The Insights on SLAs and response times help us manage responses in a timely manner and also monitor agent productivity.

**What do you like best about Radarr?**

I run a tech startup and needed a simple-to-use platform that I could use to research my brand and my competitors brands in addition to identifying what was happening in my industry.  I signed up on my own on Radarr and after playing around for a few minutes, I found that Radarr ticked all the boxes.  It was easy to setup and easy to use. I have started using the insights to improve my sales and marketing processes.    I haven't used the Social Response module yet but is something I hope to use soon as our team grows.

None so far ... I got a team to handhold me and I got what I wanted easily. So I am happy

**What do you like best about Radarr?**

I was able to sign up and start using the platform within 5-10 minutes.  The interface is very easy to use.  I had to lookup the help guide to write a query and was amazed at how simple or complex the boolean query could become. 

The Alerts functionality was very powerful.  Imagine Google Alerts v3 for Social Conversations

The dashboards were very customizable and I was able to drag, drop and rearrange widgets.

Nothing to complain. It was really good.

I use Radarr to do research on topics of academic interest to me. As a Faculty member in a university, I end up doing a lot of research on the internet and get valuable insights from social media conversations.

**What do you like best about Radarr?**

We help our clients manage their distribution and fulfillment better by improving the quality, and timeliness of related data. Like most companies in the b2b space, among other things we listen to social media conversations to improve our understanding of the market - for product improvement and positioning. Doing it at scale was extremely challenging and generally, the results were influenced disproportionately by the background and biases of the researching individuals. Radarr has helped us increase our coverage of relevant conversations and do it more objectively. The ML-based sentiment engine is extremely powerful and it identifies relevant conversations with surprisingly amazing accuracy.

The best part is the UI which makes it simple to write queries and carry out research rapidly. The way the query results are presented in the dashboard makes it easy to separate the wheat from the chaff. As of now, the out-of-the-box dashboards are more than sufficient for our needs. In the future, we may consider creating custom ones or even the advanced querying features - both looked extremely promising during demos.

The training content for the advanced features must be improved. That will help us implement those faster.

As mentioned earlier, it is about making social media research more reliable, less biased and doing it at scale. It helps our product development as well as our sales and marketing teams.

**What do you like best about Radarr?**

Team Radarr has done an amazing job in creating social media insights for brands. Love the dashboard features; comprehensive and feature rich. Easy to detect long term trends using this tool. Best sentiment accuracy amongst Asian languages! The coolest feature is the real time alert, which helps us correct negative sentiments quickly. Most importantly it provides robust analytics for tracking competitor brands/ benchmarking against industry performance. The tech team at Radarr is amazingly responsive and always looking out for adding new functionalities based on our feedback.

There are not many, Very impressed with the product offering at this point.

Combining LinkedIn, Instagram and Tweeter feeds, looking for insights used to be rather painful before we started using this fantastic tool. Trends are easy to detect and reaction time has been reduced by several factors of what used to be before. Radarr has become an integral part of the corporate strategy.

What I like the most is the amount of analysis and insights we can get about any trend or topic. If something comes up in the 'trends' section of the platform, we build a query around it. It helps us find content ideas and helps us see what the social media narrative is about that topic.

The UI took some getting used to. There are a lot of options and buttons on the dashboard and that can be a bit overwhelming at first. But as I started to use it, it became a lot easier.

We usually live in a false world about our brand reputation. Radarr helped massively in accurately gauging our reputation and then we worked to change it. We had an understanding that we had a great reputation but the feedback and comments returned by radarr opened our eyes. We worked on every input radarr provided and subsequently monitored continuously and saw the reputation become from bad to great

I wish they could have other pricing options and individual feature-based pricing.

Radarrr helped us realise the reputation that we craved and that improved our site visit and client acquisition. It also helped us gauge our competitor's reputations and understand them better. Gave us a positive edge over our competitors.

Radarr's social media listening tool is accurate and captures conversations from most Asian platforms and channels. It encapsulates our brand's entire online Voice Of Customer (VOC) in multiple languages, from blogs to news sites to social media platforms including App/Play Store. With Radarr, we are able to set alerts for trends research and manage any potential crisis before it goes viral.

Integrations but Radarr is working on the connection with Freshdesk which will improve our experience.

The ability to track trends throughout platforms and the customizable dashboard. Another feature that we found really useful is the report tool. You can download and send different types of reports and share them with other users, the team and clients.

There are none. All of the features that Radarr has are very much useful to us. It suits our needs and more!

Their expertise in undermining consumer insights in social conversation. They are also very flexible to tackle our team's needs which are very random though the year.

I don't think there are points I don't like, yet if I need to say, the budget is not so economical especially when we struggle with our business such as the Covid pandemic to negotiate internally.

Their capability in social listening and mining consumer insights are useful for all brands in all categories. On top of that, their support is not only social listening and monitoring but rather consulting us on how we can leverage them to grow our business.

Only thing I or our team dislikes is UI may be they will improve and make it more visual worthy.

Love the easy to use dashboard that gives me the ability to track trends across all the channels we're using for digital marketing for our clients.

There's not much to not like yet; we really like the insights offered by the platform for all the main channels our audience is on.

Use Radarr to collate insights for all the digital channels you are; don't try to use data in silos. The insights are like actionables for your campaigns and can really improve audience engagement.

We are using Radarr primarily for two purposes - social listening and monitoring; we are a content marketing agency and to show organic results, we require identifying what our audience is talking about, cares about or is facing a challenge with. With Radarr, we're able to collate these insights very easily, and are able to catch up with our audience on all fronts - be it in terms of creating website content or social media content. 

This has helped us improve the overall engagement rate and how the target audience perceived our brand.

I really love Radarr's features that allow us to identify the current trends. The AI even helps spot what our competitors are launching. The real-time alerts that notify us about what is being said about our brand is also very useful.

The social listening tool was able to find unknown risky content trend that enables me to create risk mitigation strategy and stay ahead of the curve.

I didn't see any downsides so far as the tool was really helpful, but I wish I could see Radarr's coverage on wider social media apps.

The quick browse feature saves a lot of time. setting up the keyword was also super easy. we can just pause the keyword if we didn't currently use them, which was much better than deleting the keywords set and having to reinput them again when we needed.

the dashboard setup and creating the custom dashboard could be simpler to manage. extracting report still require quite some time.

it is much quicker to find out sentiment and influence people when we're having a crisis/issue so we could react faster before it gets worse.

Radarr is a one-stop solution to all marketing analytics with several functionalities to give a 360 degree overview of your brand and competition.

Radarr does not have free-of-cost training for new subscribers on its platform.

Marketing analytics, especially digital marketing. The key benefit of Radarr is that it gives all statistics even that of competition on one platform. Yes, my business performance has improved with the use of Radarr.

Competitive intelligence features could allow us to benchmark against other players in the industry and their AI could help us identify key trends and topics for us to run promos.

Nothing to call out at this time. Great solutions overall.

Great tool to allow businesses such as ours to manage crises such as app downtime, feedback, driver and promo code issues.

Onboarding process was long but I felt that it was a required pain point to ensure a successful onboarding.

**What do you like best about Radarr?**

The accuracy and breadth of Asian languages was the key differentiator and the main reason why we went with Circus Social. The self serve UX is very intuitive and we seldom need to ask for assistance

**What do you dislike about Radarr?**

I wish they had a customer service team that covered US hours as we're working with a few clients in the region that span across three time zones making it tough at times. Otherwise we're very pleased

I definitely recommend Circus Social to brands and agencies looking for a reliable, easy to manage listening platform

We are able to understand sentiment before the travel intent data is ingested, this has made a difference in our predictive insights

**What do you like best about Radarr?**

20/Twenty also knows as circus social is generally used as Social Listening tools for a particular brand using some keywords. The best thing about this software is that it tells all the tweets, Fb posts or the news related to the brand.

**What do you dislike about Radarr?**

Dislike: Most of the time, it shows tweets which are not at all related to the brand. For eg: I used to work on SMRT Singapore and this tool shows me the tweets which includes #smrt (which is used for smart).

Looking at the FB post, Tweets and news about the brands.

**What do you like best about Radarr?**

The customer support and account management. They are very responsive and are always available to answer any questions. In terms of the product, it's a strong social listening tools (we have used others) and once you configure it to listen for the terms/brands you need, it pretty much does what it says on its own with little need to intervene. Another great thing about it is the API it has which allows us to automatically pull data from it into our own dashboard.

**What do you dislike about Radarr?**

Configuring it is a bit of work, but I suppose that's the same for any social listening platform. There are many things to consider when filtering what you want/don't want it to index, but that said, they help do this during the initial setup.

**What problems is Radarr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've been able to report the state of social properties to our clients easily and quickly with automated reports generated by 20/Twenty.

**What do you like best about Radarr?**

The platform is very customizable and allows us to achieve various different business requirements. Additionally, we received great support from the team to cater to business requirements such as custom researches. They were able to provide quality custom research services based on social data which is very helpful for the business as our social insights team is still developing. 

The best part is that the platform is always improving and the team is constantly looking for feedback from users to improve further. 

**What do you dislike about Radarr?**

The platform is quite complex and allows for customization therefore, some knowledge on social listening is required for using the platform. Guides and manuals are not readily available yet, however, It is already a work in progress. 

**Recommendations to others considering Radarr:**

20/Twenty is very useful if you are looking for more customization on dashboards and flexibility to gather insights. It may require you to think out of the box when using 20/twenty to achieve your objectives as there are just so many ways you can do the same thing. 

**What problems is Radarr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped us to do crisis monitoring, better understand customers' pain points and opinions by analyzing conversations. Very useful to do pulse checks on customers' sentiments and opinions.

Not only is the tool easy to use, but it is also comprehensive and the support team is highly responsive. Most importantly, they listen to the customers and the business uses cases that we have and finds ways to help us fulfill them.

The autogenerated reports are great but can be further improved upon.

20/Twenty has helped us to stay updated on what our clients are currently talking about and more importantly, helps us to understand exactly what they need, often before they do.

**What do you like best about Radarr?**

The ability to get a bird-eye view is really good. I have experimented with a bunch of other competitors and are yet to find something as efficient as 20/20. Reporting and extraction of data is great. Service from the team is top notch. Any issues we have, they solve them quickly.

**What do you dislike about Radarr?**

Sometimes there are breaks in the UI for reporting purposes but i think this is actually due to the extraction of data from different social platforms.

**What problems is Radarr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We work as an agency for other clients. We utilise this for intelligence as to how they are performing on the market. In particular interest is finding out more on what their competitors are doing.
