Rabot Reviews & Product Details

Rabot is Vision AI for the pack station, built around a simple idea: you can't improve what you can't see. 3PLs and e-commerce brands use it to turn every packed order into data they can learn from — so pack operations get faster, more accurate, and cheaper to run, week over week. Here's how it works. Cameras sit above each pack station and record every order. Rabot tags each one with order ID, SKU, operator, timestamp, and outcome, then builds a full picture of how your pack floor actually runs. Which stations are fastest. Which SKUs cause the most errors. Which operators need coaching on which steps. Which clients have SOPs that are hurting throughput. This is the kind of visibility most warehouses have never had. Most customers start in passive mode — no interventions, just baselining. After a few weeks you have real numbers on accuracy, pack rate, and activity breakdown by station and by operator. From there, you move into active mode, tighten SOPs, update training, and watch the curve move. The platform has five parts that work together: Rabot Pack handles the vision AI and video archive, so every order is verified and searchable. Rabot Ship is a multi-carrier shipping engine with rate shopping across 40+ carriers, label generation, and cartonization. Rabot Connect plugs into 62+ WMS platforms including Deposco, Extensiv, ShipSidekick, ShipHero, ShipStation, Warehance, and Blue Yonder. Rabot Pulse gives operators on-screen work instructions and client-specific SOPs, which cuts new-hire ramp time roughly in half and keeps quality steady during peak. Rabot Portal is the client-facing web app for dashboards, searchable video, procedure management, and remote QA/QC. The AI keeps getting better too. Rabot's foundation models were trained on 113 million items and 122 billion frames across 1,500+ brands. Models are fine-tuned per site, so accuracy improves the longer you run it. A few numbers worth knowing. Rabot has processed 22.7 million orders and run over 3 trillion AI detections across roughly 400 years of pack operations. Customers report 99.9% order accuracy, up to 66% lower QA and support costs, up to 33% more productivity, 80% faster dispute resolution, and new packers reaching full speed in half the time. All the AI runs on-site on edge hardware. No raw video goes to the cloud, which keeps alerts fast and IT and security teams happy. Rabot has a strategic partnership with Ranpak (NYSE: PACK), and was picked by Amazon's $1B Industrial Innovation Fund as one of six startups advancing packaging visibility. Pricing is a subscription that bundles cameras, edge devices, Andon lights, software, AI updates, and customer success. No upfront capex, no warehouse redesign, and most customers are live in days. The mission is to make every pack station as smart and accurate as the best robots, without replacing the people running them — and to give operators the data they need to keep getting better.
