Quivly makes it a lot easier to stay on top of our customers without constantly jumping between different tools or trying to piece together context myself. I can quickly see what’s going on with an account, what needs attention, and where I should focus.
I also really like how much of the repetitive work it takes off my plate. It surfaces things I might have otherwise missed and helps me be more proactive with customers without adding more work to my day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing major so far. It’s been pretty straightforward and does what I need it to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a small team, Quivly allows us to do so much more. We know exactly what's going on with each customer, see every sign of growth and any potential churn risk well in advance and can act on them quickly. It's made staying close to each customer easy for me since I'm trying to balance both - growing the business with new logos and continuing to serve our existing customers well. incredibly helpful in making sure we keep our customers happy and retain them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing that I have disliked so far (we have been using Quivly for 6+ months now). The team is very receptive to feedback, responds and ships enhancements at warp speed. We have a slack channel with the team - they respond to any question we have in minutes. We've worked with vendors who call themselves "partners". Quivly team truly acts like it. We use Quivly directly in Slack, which makes it very easy to get customer context without switching between different tools. We can ask a question, understand why an account was flagged and see the source information behind the answer.
Quivly also prepares the next action while letting us decide what requires approval. It has given us so much time back without taking away our oversight. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No real dislikes so far. Whenever we have had a question or suggestion, the Quivly team has been quick to respond and work through it with us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Quivly doesn't stop after telling us that something happened. It helps us do the work that comes next. If usage drops, an onboarding milestone is delayed or an account needs attention, Quivly pulls together the context, explains why it matters and prepares the next action. Depending on the workflow, that might be creating a task, preparing a customer follow-up, updating the Project or escalating something to an engineer. The human approval piece is important for us. Our team still controls sensitive customer communication, but we don't have to start from a blank page or manually investigate every signal. It feels like adding extra customer engineering capacity without adding more coordination overhead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing as such. We usually don't let every action run automatically, so we spent some time deciding which workflows should require approval and which ones could run on their own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Before Quivly, our customer information was spread across Attio, PostHog, Stripe, and Granola call recordings. The biggest value is that Quivly brings all of it together without requiring us to migrate everything into another system.
We can open an account and quickly understand what the customer is using, what they’ve asked for, any support issues, who we’ve spoken with, and what needs attention. More importantly, Quivly uses that information to surface risks and recommend next steps, it isn’t just another place to view data.
We connected all our systems in a day, and it has saved the team roughly 15 hours each week that we previously spent pulling information together manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One integration we wanted wasn’t available before we started. The Quivly team worked closely with us and had it ready in about three hours.
The product is evolving quickly, so some areas change as new capabilities are introduced. So far, that has been positive for us because the team listens closely and ships improvements quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a usage-based AI company, our revenue lives and dies on what customers do after the sale - and traditional customer success tools were all built for seat-based SaaS.
Quivly is the first post-sales platform we found that's actually designed for consumption pricing. Instead of another dashboard for our team to babysit, it runs as an AI workforce: its agents watch for usage drift, flag accounts drifting toward churn, and take action before a renewal is at risk.
The Usage Drift intervention alone caught 4 accounts we'd have missed. Setup was fast, and it plugged into our stack without a migration project. For a lean team, it's like adding 3 customer engineering members overnight. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's an early-stage product and moving fast, so a few integrations we wanted weren't there on day one - though the team shipped new integrations we asked for within a week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really appreciate Quivly AI for keeping all client information, like call notes, emails, Slack communications, and project statuses, in one place, which saves us a lot of time from piecing things together before client calls. It's also great that it catches clients who might slip through the cracks by alerting us to overdue renewals, missed kickoffs, or no contact in 60 days. What stands out is the team's proactiveness in resolving issues and accommodating custom feature requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes market signals are not very accurate, and they can confuse different companies with the same name. I think better filters and accurate company product descriptions would help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
