## CoRecruit (formerly Quil) Reviews
 ### 1. Seamless TE Recruit Integration and AI Notes That Elevate Every Interview

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** George M. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

CoRecruit has become an essential part of my recruiting workflow, and it pairs perfectly with my Applicant Tracking System, TE Recruit. The integration is seamless, so I spend less time managing tools and more time connecting with candidates.

What really sets CoRecruit apart is its AI-powered note-taking. After every interview, it delivers a polished, ready-to-present summary of the candidates' responses, clear, professional, and organized in a way I can hand off immediately. It captures the details I need without the manual effort I used to dread, although it does allow me to edit the report if I feel it necessary.

The value doesn't stop at hiring. I also rely on CoRecruit for inbound client meetings and marketing calls, providing accurate records and actionable insights from every conversation that matters.

And the support team? Simply the best of the best. Whenever I have a question, they respond almost instantly. That kind of responsiveness gives me real confidence in the product and the people behind it.

If you're looking for a smart, reliable tool that elevates both recruiting and client engagement, CoRecruit delivers on every front.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Nothing, it works like a charm. They have thought of everything in my opinion.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Putting together a meaningful presentation at the conclusion of a discussion or meeting.

 ### 2. CoRecruit Is a Game-Changer for Hands-Free Interviews and ATS Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carlos A. S. | Principal, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

CoRecruit has been a real game changer for me when it comes to interviews and job order intakes. It lets me stay hands-free while still capturing all the important details. It also connects seamlessly with my ATS, which has eliminated a lot of the manual steps and upfront work I used to have to do.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

The only thing I dislike about CoRecruit is that I can’t integrate a phone call from my cell phone directly into CoRecruit. As a result, I always have to open the app and dial out from within CoRecruit for the call to be captured and integrated with the tool. If there were a way to bring an existing phone call on my network into CoRecruit while the call is already in progress, it would be a perfect tool—though I realize I’m probably nitpicking.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don’t have to take diligent notes anymore during interviews or job order intakes. Now I can actually listen to the talent or the client, stay present, interact, and fully engage, instead of trying to remember everything or constantly jotting things down and looking away from them.

 ### 3. Seamless Aircall Integration and Smart Meeting Notes That Save Time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lucy R. | Recruitment Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

It intelligently takes notes for meetings and calls and you can prompt a variety of different summaries to help share details of the meeting with candidates and clients. It's seamless in how in integrates with Aircall and has massively improved the level of data that I'm able to capture in a short space of time and helps free up my time to have detailed conversations with people. I found Ali who trained us on the system was calm and friendly with explaining how to make the system work across colleagues with a variety of experience of using similar systems. I've found no performance issues so far, everything has worked like clockwork. Thank you!

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Nothing specific, the volume of emails was a bit much at first, but I've filtered them to a different folder, which has been helpful.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Admin time, remembering details of calls that I occasionally forget to make notes. Great for call notes when out and about and not at my desk. Better return on investment on my time as I can listen rather than just type notes.

 ### 4. The smartest notetaker I’ve used — game-changer for meetings

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joel B. | Executive Level Recruiter, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2025

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

CoRecruit (formerly Quil) has been a game-changer for my recruiting workflow. As a recruiter, my time is spent juggling sourcing, outreach, candidate engagement, and managing multiple priorities — the AI assistant has helped streamline many of those tasks and save a significant amount of time.

What I appreciate most is how it enhances productivity without replacing the human side of recruiting. It helps me work more efficiently, stay organized, and focus more energy on building relationships with candidates and clients.

The platform is intuitive, innovative, and built with recruiters in mind. I’ve seen a real improvement in my day-to-day efficiency and would highly recommend CoRecruit to recruiters and teams looking to leverage AI to improve their hiring process.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

The only minor downside is that customization options for formatting output could be expanded a bit — for example, choosing between different summary styles or exporting into different formats natively (like Google Docs vs. PDF). But that’s being nitpicky — overall, it’s incredibly useful as is.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Quil, keeping track of meeting action items, summaries, and next steps was chaotic — and often fell through the cracks. Quil automates all of that. It saves hours of post-meeting work, improves team accountability, and ensures nothing important is missed. The clarity it brings to follow-ups and decisions has significantly improved our internal communication and execution.

 ### 5. Exceeded Expectations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sinead M. | Senior Operations Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

The AI note-taking has transformed our recruitment process by reducing administration and improving ATS data quality. We also value being able to keep our existing work mobile numbers while using AI call recording and VoIP. The customisable prompts, templates, workflows and automatic follow-up material have made the platform fit our processes perfectly, and the support team has been exceptional throughout.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

There are still some features we'd like to see developed further, but the pace of product improvements and the responsiveness of the support team have been excellent.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CoRecruit has reduced recruiter administration, improved the quality and consistency of our ATS data, automated call notes and follow-up material, and enabled our team to spend more time recruiting instead of completing manual admin.

 ### 6. Faster Executive Search with Seamless CoRecruit Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

The ability to fully integrate and embed CoRecruit into our executive search process has allowed our speed to increase not just at the front end, but throughout the project. The support we have received during the onboarding process has meant we have been able to tailor the platform to our needs more quickly.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

There is nothing that has been flagged as a negative feature outright, but the complexity/depth of features within the platform means that full integration across the team will take some time to achieve, especially when used in conjunction wit our CRM.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The quality of insight gathered from initial calls through to more in-depth interviews has increased, and it provides more consistency in our notes across the business rather than relying on pen and paper notes or poor-quality transcription that then requires another round of summarising. It will help fast-track trend recognition in business development calls by highlighting information we would have otherwise missed.

 ### 7. Easy to Use, Efficient Support, and Big Time Savings with AI Transcript Search

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Burnice L. | Deputy Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Easy to operate, support team has been great they are super efficient. If and when needing to do a quick search through the transcript this can be easily done through the AI intelligence function as well as in the same way that you can create notes make more concise directly in platform. This is saving me anywhere between 8 - 10 hours a week on admin, speeding up overall performance.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

A couple areas that would help, if the searched details in the intelligence portion stayed in place but this reset once you come out, and if the calls could be collated for each individual in one place so that when you create notes it pulls all info from all transcripts

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its a huge time saver around all note taking features and collation on client introduction notes. Time saved weekly approx 8 - 10 hours

 ### 8. Efficient Note-Taking and Seamless Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Will G. | PBU Accounting Intern, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I like that CoRecruit (formerly Quil) is integrated with what I use for RingCentral. It's very easy to just automatically go on my phone for RingCentral and then also be able to go on a Zoom meeting, Teams meeting, whatnot. So I like the integratability with it all. It's very helpful with being able to not have to write down notes myself and being able to get a summary of the call. 90% of the time that's enough. Sometimes I gotta go back in the transcript or even just using their AI feature to surface what information I need from my calls. But, like, it saves me a bunch of time. It works with everything that I would take calls on, whether it's a client call or a candidate screening call, having that all tracked and taken notes of is very valuable.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I think that the integration with other apps could be better. Like, I built my own custom CRM, so I'd like to get more integration with that. I also think that the summary call notes could be better and a little more tailored. Now, I probably just haven't tweaked around with it enough. But that's just what comes top of mind.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use CoRecruit for note-taking during calls, which helps me not have to write notes myself. It saves me a lot of time with call summaries and tracking when and what conversations I had.

 ### 9. Invaluable Tool for Seamless Note-Taking and CRM Sync

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lee C. | Senior Business Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I really like CoRecruit for its brilliant note-taking process that captures all the information and breaks it down into good sections for both clients and candidates. It lets me get a full breakdown with clients on briefings, ensuring I don't miss anything, which helps me create very detailed job descriptions and briefings for prospective candidates. Being able to use the app out and about without being tied to the office or in front of my laptop is a huge plus, allowing me to make calls from anywhere, even the car. The integration of notes with our CRM system, JobAdder, is fantastic, as it massively reduces my admin time by automatically adding notes. The initial setup was great, thanks to an assigned account manager who guided us through integration and setup, making it a brilliant process.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

With the app, I've noticed if you have meetings in your calendar because everything's synced, it's difficult to find one of your candidates or client records on the system and sync through to make a phone call unless you end the meeting.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use CoRecruit to take notes in Teams meetings with clients and candidates, preventing missed information and creating detailed job descriptions. It's invaluable for capturing information, reducing admin time by integrating notes into our CRM.

 ### 10. Life saver for note taking and reflection on calls/ personal note taking.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Its a fast loading process after every call.
Different ways of relaying back calls, such as a transcript, and database notes.
Programme that can be used everyday with next to no issues of gathering information, even understanding calls that sometimes aren't as clear over the phone- sometimes I struggle understanding peoples speech/ language but CoRecruit picks it up.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Next to no issues, the only thing I find an issue sometimes is that the transcript can be totally off and incorrect, making it non reliable. However this issue can be resolved with database notes which are more reliable.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A note taker that I can reflect back on and take clips from if I cant keep up with the client. Giving me a chunk of information in different ways of understanding - in a range of formats that I can use straight into Bullhorn. Keeping a record of every client interview and conversation, including dates, without having to do anything myself.

 ### 11. Intuitive Call Integration with Consistently Clear Transcripts

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Levi F. | Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I find the easy integration into both phone calls and video calls to be very helpful. Transcripts are very clear and perform at a very high level of consistency. It's super intuitive.
The AI components that are being added in to simplify overall workflows are continuing to add even more upside to the use.
As a whole I'm more able to focus on my candidates.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I'm still getting used to the specifics of call types and the notes that those provide. Today I'm using custom GPTs to give me the notes outputs I want. I've found these to be far more customized and allow me to speak more naturally when presenting candidates to clients. I need to do more digging into the custom templates that CoRecruit provides, they may be better, but so far external AI has been simpler for my workflow.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Capturing the fullness of an interview with candidates is vital, typing works but it's tough to pay attention and do that. It allows me to be a more thoughtful and personable consultant. The tools save me multiple hours a week in consolidating notes and producing customized outputs for my clients.

 ### 12. Seamless On-the-Go Recruitment with Effortless Pre-Screening

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Liam M. | Business Development Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

It is a fantastic piece of software, It has made recruitment on the go unbelieveably seamless! Due to the nature of recruitment within Social Care, Pre-screening is a really important part of our candidate journey - It is also integral to candidate submission for our clients and the CoRecruit software has made that process incredibly easy.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I have a very small issue with case sensitivity when searching for a candidate to call: our CRM stores names in different formats, which can slow down the process of finding the correct entry and often requires trying multiple capitalizations.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Performs prescreening and formats that information for the client, with constant updates in the CRM system.

 ### 13. Streamlines Interviewing and Note-Taking Seamlessly

I appreciate how it creates great narratives and documentation from the interviews. I find the automatic database updates perfect. Overall, I think CoRecruit is excellent. I also like the fact that it integrates very well with other tools I use.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

It's a little kludgy sometimes on how it interfaces with my meetings. It takes some getting used to.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use CoRecruit to take job orders and interview candidates without writing anything down. It helps me concentrate on what the person is saying and creates great documentation, automatically updating my database.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abraham R. | Solutions Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I use CoRecruit to join my Teams meetings, write notes, and record my calls. I like how I can find everything that was said on the call. For instance, if we agreed on a rate and I forget the amount or the type of visa or location, I can go back and get the answers to all those questions. It's also very easy to use and is user-friendly. I appreciate being able to get my pre-screening notes out of CoRecruit, and the ability to rewatch my video recordings to ensure accuracy and to receive feedback on my pre-screens for training purposes.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

nothing

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use CoRecruit to join meetings, take notes, and record calls. It helps retrieve pre-screening notes, review recordings to avoid errors, and aids training. I like accessing all call information later to verify details like rates or locations.

 ### 16. CoRecruit Saves Time With an All-in-One Workflow and Tremendous Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chance W. | Founder & Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Having an all-in-one workflow management system where I can record interviews, manage deliverables using templates and agentic AI, and automatically update my ATS via direct integration with candidate notes has proven to be a huge time saver for me and my company. Also, having hands on support staff has been nice. Most companies sign you up and leave you hanging after you've signed the agreement. The CoRecruit team has been tremendous as I've worked through the learning curve and a few technical problems I've run into.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I've had a few sessions not being able to log in or flat not work due to "subprocessor errors" but they've been few and far between. Seems like they've gotten the kinks worked out.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time management and relieving many of the tedious tasks associated with the recruitment industry.

 ### 17. Accurate Conversation Summaries and Seamless Loxo CRM Mobile App Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Corey S. | Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I like how accurately it tracks what’s being said and then provides a clear summary of the conversations I have. I also appreciate that it has a mobile app tied to our CRM, Loxo, which makes everything feel very seamless.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Sometimes it takes a while to process conversations. It’s also been buggy at times and, on a case-by-case basis, hasn’t worked as expected. When you use it daily, though, consistency and being able to trust that the product will work are really important.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like that I don’t have to take notes during my recruiting calls.

 ### 18. Well-Organized Meeting Notes with Easy Template Sharing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maci E. | Executive Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Being able to apply a template to meetings so the notes are well organized and ready to share with minimal editing.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

We run into calls not connecting through through CoRecruit more than preferred. Often for no known reason. I'm curious if there would someday be a feature that allows calls into CoRecruit as well in case someone misses a call.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The time of analyzing and writing professional notes about candidates. It saves so much time it is worth paying for the platform.

 ### 19. Simple Desktop App for taking Accurate Notes

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lisa C. | Vice President Sourcing and Research, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I like the desktop app. I can just hit “new meeting” and record, and it captures the call. It’s very simple to use. The notes are mostly accurate, though there was one time it summarized the conversation as if I were the candidate, which was confusing. On the other hand, it did a really good job transcribing a candidate who wasn’t very clear in their speech.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

1- I’d like to be able to organize each candidate by project, so I can simply go back to that project if we get another role that’s the same. 2- It would also help to review everyone I’ve spoken with, so I can see whether I missed any good candidates. 3- When I set up a meeting for a candidate and the client manager here at our firm, it records that meeting. I turned off my bot so I don’t have that issue, but now if I forget to record a meeting, it becomes a problem.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves me a lot of time because I don’t have to transcribe or decipher my notes anymore. It also helps me think more clearly about the role and makes it easier to ask the key questions. It’s been a real game-changer for me.

 ### 20. CoRecruit: Quick Setup, Natural Fit, and Immediate Benefits

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jamie R. | Director & Recruiter, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

In recruitment, we're contacted daily by AI-driven software solutions promising to "transform" our billings — most of it is snake oil. CoRecruit is a genuine exception. It's quick to set up, easy to use, and you see the benefits almost immediately. Unlike so many platforms we've demo'd that require enormous time and effort to configure and force you to work around their methods, CoRecruit just fits naturally into how you already work. We use it every day and we love it.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Nothing significant to report after a year of use. It's refreshing to be able to say that honestly.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's streamlined our hiring process and removed a lot of the admin that used to slow us down. Automatically taking notes, adding them to Bullhorn, and populating fields means we spend less time on admin and more time speaking to people, which is what recruitment is all about.

 ### 21. Effortless Call Transcription with Customizable Templates

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark S. | Senior IT Recruitment Consultant - Banking/Finance Key Accounts Division, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I like that with CoRecruit, I can transcribe candidate calls and video calls and take job briefs from clients without worrying about missing any important information. I really appreciate the ability to tailor the notes and build templates that suit our roles and calls. This feature saves me time and provides valuable information. Also, I found the initial setup to be very easy.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I think a text message feature would be good. I text a lot off my phone, and it'd be nice to have the texts embedded into the system so they can be integrated into our ATS.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can focus fully on calls knowing all vital information is captured, and I save time by tailoring notes and building templates.

 ### 22. Exceeded Expectations: Easy Implementation, Powerful Features, and Stellar Support

We’ve been incredibly impressed with the entire team. From the initial demonstration through onboarding and ongoing support, there hasn’t been a weak link. The product has exceeded our expectations in terms of ease of use and implementation. In day-to-day use, it delivers even more functionality than we had anticipated, with a fantastic range of features. It’s clearly a product that will continue to evolve and become even more intuitive over time.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

The limiting factor is the user, especially when it comes to the initial setup and understanding how the prompts really work in the background. If you are tech/AI savvy it can probably produce better results in a faster turnaround rather than trial and error of amending/changing prompts to get the desired form and content of notes. But very much user led issue and still been really positive experience of seeing the calibre of notes completely improve.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quality of information being recorded, and time saved in doing so, which is substantial. I do feel if used properly it comfortably pays for itself, even more so across a larger team. For certain types of call, the additional features for follow up material are significant advantages also.

 ### 23. Co Recruit Makes Calls, Notes, and Transcripts Effortless—and Saves Huge Time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rachel G. | Talent Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I’ve worked in various agencies and have never come across a platform this useful and beneficial. Having calls recorded, along with a note-taker and transcript notes, saves a huge amount of time and lets me have more natural conversations with candidates, rather than stressing about writing down everything they say. It also speeds up the process of creating their CV and supports my own interpretation when identifying suitable candidates. I would recommend Co Recruit to any agency. The ability to choose the transcript option that best matches what I’m looking for really helps me pinpoint the most relevant information from each call.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I have noticed there has been some changes to the process. When making a call you can't select the template or insert the caller name before making the call which at times as been frustrating during back to back calls as it is easy to forget editing the name after the call. The old set up was much preferred. With certain numbers, (every now and again) the won't dial through Quil, therefore I will have to call them on Zoom and miss out on the benefits of this platform.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves me time by enabling more structured calls and letting me be more natural with candidates, which leads to easier, better-flowing conversations. In the long term, the time savings are the biggest benefit for me at Lead Candidate, because we have to create a coversheet along with candidates’ CVs based on specific criteria the client is looking for. Being able to copy and paste the transcript notes makes that process much easier and quicker.

 ### 24. Seamless ATS Integration with Stellar Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Theresa N. | Chief Talent Officer - Executive Recruiter - Talent Acquisition Leader, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I love that CoRecruit connects with my ATS Crelate, which means no more cutting and pasting back and forth, and the integration with Claude Cohort is game-changing for me. The customer service is another big plus—I told them they are literally in the top three I've ever had. I appreciate how innovative they are, always moving forward, and their willingness to help you out without just pointing you to an article. The onboarding process was also very easy, better than I expected.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

nothing that is big factor..they continue to improve and if I have something I don't like or want..they want to know and often will figure out a way to make it work.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CoRecruit connects with my ATS, eliminating the hassle of cutting and pasting. Integrating it with Claude is game-changing, allowing seamless access to transcripts and quick queries.

 ### 25. Effortless Note Organization with Outstanding Onboarding Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexandra C. | Recruitment Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I really like how it organizes my notes, its easy for me to read over them and not feel like it is a script. Extremely impressive that it is able to categorize notes so well. Getting used to using and implementing it into my calls was extremely easy. I thought I would struggle to get used to it, to the point that I thought I would have to continue taking my own notes alongside the CoRecruit notes. This has not been the case, since downloading it I have used it for every single one of my calls on a daily basis. From a customer support perspective I could not say enough. The call to onboard be into using the tool was so useful, Husnain was extremely patient and listened to all my questions. Being able to have someone take me through all the features was also amazing. I think the customer support was the best part of it, adding CoRecruit to my everyday use was easy because of Husnain. He made the implementation of it seems easy and smooth, which it was.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Nothing as of now, has been easy to use and helpful.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I would speak with candidates and clients I always felt distracted while taking notes, but because of CoRecruit it is so easy for me to be present in the call without having to worry about taking notes. My calls feel a lot more natural and relaxed than they were before. It also takes away the hassle of taking notes and having to spend time after editing and reformatting them.

 ### 26. I love Quil!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Megan P. | INCOG Lead Talent Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I love being able to listen back to how a conversation went either to double check my understanding of what a candidate has done or to relive the vibes of the call (i.e. to remind myself of a candidate's enthusiasm etc). Really easy to use, i use it daily and rarely have any problems. I wasn't involved in the implementation process as much as my boss was, but it never felt bulky or hard to tie in with Outlook/Zoom/ATS/etc. The customer support we have had has been great- accessible and quick response.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Honestly (sorry) I much prefer the name Quil!!!
Also, with the newer update, the title of the calls. I liked when I started a new call and it made me title the call first rather then starting as 'CoRecruit Meeting... date'

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- incorrectly writing down facts from the conversation, makes my notes v accurate
- tracking of data, easy to move between Quil and ATS
- checking historical data across the team, easy to check colleague's calls if they're OOO and we are working on the same thing

 ### 27. Seriously impressed

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nikki P. | Senior Recruitment Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2025

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I love the fact that I no longer have to scribble notes whilst on a call to my clients and candidates.
The follow up material is also super useful - although I often need to amend it slightly it saves me so much time.
The fact that so much time is saved as I don't have to type up my notes from all my calls manually. I used Quil every day and love it.
The customer service is also excellent.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

The only issue I have here is the incoming calls. Our mobile phone provider doesn't offer conference calling which means that we can't use the incoming call feature. This is a real shame as I do receive quite a few incoming calls.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quil is saving me so much time - it also means that I am more present on my calls as I'm not having to try to keep up. I can have better conversations and I also feel that the communications after my calls are better as the follow up material demonstrates to the caller that we have all the information they have given us.

 ### 28. Fantastic platform for recruiters

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2025

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

What I like best about CoRecruit is the database notes which makes going back through calls so easy and structured well. It improved my day by not having to trawl through my hand typed notes as a call is going on and deciphering when what was said. It has saved so much time and admin time.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I dislike that you cannot save numbers. When cold calling, if a candidate calls you back you have no idea who is calling and if you ask them it is not received well. "well you called me".

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CoRecruit has helped with reassurance for myself and clients. Particularly having it recorded and noted clearly what is factual and was said.

 ### 29. A Tremendous Time Saver: Seamless CRM Integration and No More Manual Notes

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Veronica P. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

It has virtually eliminated all of my manual notetaking and integrated all of the saved information seamlessly within my CRM. It's been a tremendous time saver and allows me to focus on the conversation in my meetings rather than worrying about documenting.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Only if there is the occassional glitch where a conversation was not recorded. Also, in-person interviews are less clear than phone or video calls.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CoRecruit is giving me back time and also provides more thorough notetaking than I could do myself; the information collection is more robust and thorough for building out interview notes and candidate profiles. It also assists in reducing repetitive stress injuries from long hours spent at a desk and computer.

 ### 30. CoRecruit Keeps Candidate Communication Organized, Transparent, and Timely

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chloe W. | Senior Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

What I like most about CoRecruit is how it strengthens the connection between me and my candidates. It keeps communication organized, transparent, and timely, which helps build trust throughout the process.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

If I had to pick one area for improvement, I’d say there’s always room to make candidate-facing communication feel even more personal. As candidate volume increases, deeper customization options for messaging and workflows would help keep outreach tailored and make the overall experience even more impactful.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CoRecruit solves the communication and transparency gap that often exists between recruiters and candidates. In many hiring processes, candidates can feel disconnected or uncertain about where they stand. What I appreciate most is how seamlessly it captures my notes and allows me to revisit conversations when needed. Being able to replay calls and hear tone and context helps me better understand nuances or moments where there may have been a disconnect.

This allows me to stay fully present during conversations, actively listening instead of worrying about writing everything down or planning my next question. Ultimately, it helps me build stronger, more thoughtful relationships with candidates and deliver a higher-quality experience.

 ### 31. Really Liking So Far!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Taylor H. | Marketing and Business Development Intern, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I like that CoRecruit automates the notetaking process and integrates well with our ATS system. The notes are pretty accurate, which means I don't have to worry about manually adding information. I appreciate the action item follow-ups and how CoRecruit sends me a well-rounded recap of team action items, adding them to my agenda. It allows me to be fully present on calls. Additionally, the integration helps us track recruit touches and notes effectively. I also appreciated the check-ins during onboarding.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Sometimes the notes can be buggy, so we're still working through some of those issues and finding ways to optimize. More formats would be great, like automatically creating a matrix for our assessment platform. It would also be beneficial if the ATS integration included the exact type of Activity instead of being logged only as CoRecruit Notes. Onboarding was difficult as a group; one-on-one setup appointments would have been better.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can trust CoRecruit to automate notetaking and accurately update our ATS, allowing me to focus on calls. It provides a thorough recap of action items, simplifying candidate assessment and follow-up.

 ### 32. CoRecruit Streamlines Transcription, Structured Notes, and Follow-Ups

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robin E. | Vice President of Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

CoRecruit not only transcribes every phone call or virtual meeting, but also structures the notes in different ways so they integrate smoothly with our ATS and sales platform. The software can even generate summaries and follow-up tasks on your behalf. Our team LOVES CoRecruit!

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Every now and then, we have a meeting that doesn’t get transferred into our ATS, but it’s most likely due to individual error.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CoRecruit has eliminated at least 3–5 hours of administrative tasks for our Recruiting and Sales teams, freeing up time that we can now spend on more revenue-producing activities.

 ### 33. Accurate Call Transcripts That Turn into Notes Effortlessly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amy B. | Breast Imaging Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 19, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

It's not taking ability and ability to put the transcript into different note formats. It's very useful to capture all the details of what candidates and clients are saying over the phone so I don't need to worry that I've missed any details.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Limited training videos or manuals that new users can refer back to when first getting used to using the platform.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saves time, reduces errors, allows me to focus in calls on what people are saying rather than worrying I've written down every detail.

 ### 34. Seamless Integration with PCRecruiter, Effortless Candidate Presentation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 19, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I love using CoRecruit because it integrates perfectly with my applicant tracking software, PCRecruiter. This makes my workflow smoother, especially since it helps me with interviews and shortens the time I need to put together presentations for candidates. The seamless integration eliminates the need to reenter notes manually, which is a huge time-saver. I also love utilizing the AI features to ask questions about interviews and formulate my thoughts for candidate presentations. The setup was very easy, and the support from CoRecruit was excellent, making the transition smooth. Overall, it's probably been the best experience I've had with applicant tracking software.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Nothing that I dislike

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use CoRecruit for interviews, and it integrates seamlessly with my applicant tracking software, shortening the time to prepare candidate presentations for clients. It solves the challenge of note-taking and reentering those notes into PCRecruiter, making my workflow seamless.

 ### 35. Gets the job done and speeds up our hiring process

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

It’s pretty straightforward to use and does what we need it to do. Recording calls is reliable and the quality is solid, which is really the main thing we care about. It didn’t take long for our team to get used to it, and support has been quick to respond when we’ve had questions. Overall it just works without much hassle.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

The main downside for us is the pricing, it feels a bit expensive for what it does. It would also be nice to have a few more features or customization options, especially around organizing and finding recordings. Nothing major, but those are the main things we’ve noticed.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s helping us speed up the whole process of submitting video interviews. Before, it took more time to record, organize, and send everything over, but now it’s a lot quicker and more streamlined. That’s made things easier for our team and helps us move candidates through faster.

 ### 36. Time-Saving Tool with Intuitive Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan O. | Client Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I find CoRecruit really easy to use and very intuitive, which saves me lots of time. The AI features are particularly time-saving. I particularly like the follow-up materials, how it can summarize conversations, and relay those against specific points that I want to understand. It's also helpful because it allows me to fully concentrate on the conversation rather than taking notes, and it saves time in terms of summarizing notes and putting them concisely into a document post the meeting.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I think the only areas to improve would perhaps be around the branding of templates and the follow-up materials and how you go about branding those. If there was a little bit more control, that would be great.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use CoRecruit to focus on conversations during interviews rather than taking notes. It saves time summarizing notes and creates concise documents post-meetings.

 ### 37. Time-Saving Tool with Room for Mobile App Improvements

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elissa-Lora D. | Recruitment Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I use CoRecruit to take notes during my recruitment consultation meetings and calls. Being new to the role, it takes away the stress of having to take and upload in-depth notes, allowing me to focus more on what I'm saying to candidates. It saves me a lot of time. I appreciate the email reminders sent at the end of each meeting with things to follow up on. I also think the summaries are really good and enjoy how CoRecruit works well with JobAdder, including updating some candidate details. The initial setup was very easy!

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I think the phone app is a little bit clunky to use. For example, I think there could be a clear button to exit the contact screen. I use an iPhone, and on that search screen, I've noticed the form allows auto correct, so I often have to type a candidate's name several times while trying to search. A copy and paste function for phone numbers would be great as well. If someone calls me, it would be good to be able to copy their number from the iPhone call screen, into CoRecruit's app.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CoRecruit takes away the stress of taking and uploading in-depth notes, letting me focus better on candidate conversations while saving time. I appreciate the email reminders for follow-ups and seamless integration with JobAdder.

 ### 38. Quil/CoRecruit Saves Us Time with Comprehensive Notes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lucy A. | Managing Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Quil/CoRecruit saves so much time in writing up notes for our ATS and in writing up candidate submissions for clients. The integration with Loxo and Zoom works well for us. It was easy to set up and use and new features have been pretty intuitive to use as they are rolled out. Customer support has been really good although we haven't really had any issues. They have always been prompt and helpful with any questions.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

The only downside that I can see is more for myself personally - I like being engaged on my calls but I'm not as good at remembering info compared to when I used to write my own notes. On balance, I think the tradeoff is worth it but I do have to go back and reread info and remind myself of details of a conversation. That's not a Quil/CoRecruit issue though, that is just using AI!

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quil/CoRecruit helps us be engaged on our calls (both candidate and client) and generally provides a better summary of notes than if our recruiters write them up themselves. There is a definite quality differential between recruiters, which is alleviated with this product. The other key benefit for us is using summaries for candidate submissions. You have to spend the time to craft the prompts to get the best result, but if you do this well, it saves a lot of time. It saves time with references. It's also helpful to use the AI prompt feature to find specific info from a call without the need to review the whole transcript.

 ### 39. Excellent Overall Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Krista D. | Client Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

In executive search, precision matters... but so does time.

For years, our team managed candidate notes across three rounds of interviews. Some of us typed directly into reports. Others took detailed notes by hand, then retyped them later. Then we manually uploaded into our ATS system, or shared via email.

It worked… but it wasn’t working well.

Too many versions. Too much double entry. Too much time lost in translation.

Then we started using CoRecruit (formerly Quil) and it changed everything.

Now, our interview notes automatically flow into the right place and are instantly accessible to the full team. No duplicate work. No chasing updates. Just clear, consistent information at our fingertips.

Even better, Quil.AI allows every recruiter to capture notes from phone calls (!!!) something our prior tools couldn’t do because they only worked on Zoom.

And since it integrates directly with our ATS, all the Zoom and phone notes post automatically for the entire team to access in real time. We can even create formatted note templates for the tool to give us what we need in a standard, unified format.

What I love most is how Quil bridged generations on our team, uniting our pen-and-paper veterans and our digital-first recruiters in one seamless system.

It’s more than efficiency. It’s alignment.
And in our world, that’s gold.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I have to manually add dispositions for each item on my calendar, and manually delete every non-recorded session to minimize the clutter in my recordings. For example, if I have a "do not schedule" block on my calendar, it appears in my recordings. I wish there was a toggle button to select "do not save with recordings" for all items that appear, so could set that status and not see these items under my recordings.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time creep, collaboration, and data entry.

 ### 40. Game-Changer for Recruitment Efficiency

The accuracy and ease of use are next level, making it easy to interview people and focus on the conversation without distraction. It's easy to recommend as one of the best tools out there for recruiters. Setting it up was a breeze and only took a couple of minutes.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Nothing I can think of at this stage

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CoRecruit streamlines recruitment by being user-friendly and removing the need for manual data entry, enhancing engagement in meetings with clients and candidates. It improves accuracy and ease of use, enabling me to focus on interactions rather than note-taking.

I like that CoRecruit helps save me lots of time. I can record a meeting and it immediately writes a professional summary for me within seconds. It saves me from having to review interview notes and CVs to write a candidate profile, which sometimes takes 30+ minutes, but now it can be done in just 5 minutes. It's very effective and valuable as I use it every day. The initial setup was also very easy.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I cannot think of any

I find CoRecruit (formerly Quil) can write my candidate profiles well and saves me lots of time. It records meetings and creates professional summaries within seconds, reducing a 30+ minute task to just 5.

 ### 42. Boosted Productivity and Enhanced Candidate Engagement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I really appreciate how CoRecruit has increased our productivity by allowing us to provide detailed notes while being more present during candidate interviews. It's great that we no longer have to manually take notes, which means we foster better relationships. I like that we can tailor all meeting types, prompts, and outputs to suit our needs, and it's very easy to do so. The notes are structured in the exact format we want, and the follow-up materials, like client briefs and interview preparation docs, are detailed and consistent. Additionally, their support team is very responsive. The initial setup was very easy, which contributed to a smooth transition.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

We have had a few tech issues that can be disruptive. One person had a Microsoft and CoRecruit integration issue, it lasted for 2+ weeks but it only happened once.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CoRecruit boosts our productivity by allowing us to be more present during interviews, fostering better relationships. We no longer have to manually take notes, and it's easy to tailor notes and follow-up materials to our needs, in structured and consistent formats.

 ### 43. Best Tech Investment: Fast Setup, Time-Saving Admin, Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paige F. | Office Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Quil has been the best tech investment our team has made in the last few years (and we have a lot of tech). The implementation was super fast and easy, and my team was up and running within a few days! I am always so impressed with the quality of customer service i get when i have a question or issue. Most recently I worked with Ahmad on an issue i was having, and he ended up helping me with 2 other things that came up. My team uses Quil every day and it has saved us so much time on admin work.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I honestly do not have any disklikes. Every time I talk to customer support or the dev team, they always are a few steps ahead of me on features.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My team was always saying how behind they were on entering their interview notes into the ATS, sometimes weeks behind, which caused a huge lag in how fast we were able to get those candidates processed for submissions to clients. Quil came into our tech stack and took that issue away within a few days. When we started thinking about what else we might need, like writing back to fields, Quil was on it, and let us know right away when field writeback was available. Quil intelligence is a newer feature that my team is loving to process interviews and write up candidate summaries faster than ever.

 ### 44. Efficient Interview Summarizer with a Learning Curve

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark D. | Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I use CoRecruit (formerly Quil) primarily to prepare written candidate submittals after Zoom and phone interviews. CoRecruit listens to my interviews and writes fairly accurate summaries / candidate submittals that can be sent directly to the client with minor editing. This is a big time saver. Additionally, the tech support from CoRecruit is very accessible, responsive and effective, making the setup and adoption process fairly painless.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

There is a learning curve, and I am still on it. That said, this is on me - not them. The team at CoRecruit schedules meetings with you to teach you / coach you to make sure you are getting the most from the product. They are very helpful, and clearly have a culture that values client success.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CoRecruit is an AI automation tool that saves me time. It listens to my interviews and efficiently writes summaries / candidate submittals that can be sent directly to clients with minor edits.

 ### 45. Effortless Note-Taking That Keeps Hiring Feedback on Track

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer B. | Technical Recruiter, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I like the fact that it takes great notes without me worried about missing things. I feel at ease using the tool and it helps keep things on track. I like being able to share direct thoughts from hiring managers with my team.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

There isn't anything really that I dislike. So far everything has been great.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is keeping better up to date notes and making it easier for our team to be fully engaged in conversations rather than focusing on note taking.

 ### 46. Enhancing both the recruitment and candidate experience - being present on calls.

CoRecruit's been great to have a notetaker specifically catered to the jobs we're recruiting for. I can now actively listen and engage on the phone with candidates rather than race to type notes during a call.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

It integrates with our CRM, but there's still room to improve - for example having to upload a resume to both our CRM and CoRecruit separately.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's very convenient on calls at the desk, knowing our notes will be there in our writing style. It also allows us to take calls on the road.

 ### 47. Customisable Categorisation Makes Database Notes Easy to Maintain

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I have also found the customisable categorisation functionality extremely useful for maintaining usefully structured database notes.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

One area for improvement relates to international calls. We have occasionally experienced situations where calls to international numbers have not automatically saved as database notes within Encore. Given the value of the call recording and note functionality, improving the reliability of this process would be beneficial.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The combination of AI summaries, transcripts, and call notes means information is recorded more reliably and comprehensively. Being able to revisit transcripts and historical notes has also improved the accuracy of client documents and candidate assessments, as there is less reliance on memory or manually written notes.

 ### 48. Intuitive, Reliable, and a Game-Changer with Seamless CRM Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kate P. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Intuitive, clear and clean to use, reliable and a game changer for me. Integrates perfectly with my CRM and they offer great, fast and reliable support. Well priced. Great intellingence and insight. Can pre populate questions for certain roles also, which I find very useful

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Nothing! It works exactly as described and ticks every (positive) box that I need it to!

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Note taking particularly and also meeting synopsis, preparation for calls also with the pre populated screening questions

 ### 49. Effortless Note-Taking with Searchable Records

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I like having a 'living notebook' that I can go through and search. The AI implementations allow me to search any call I've had over the last 2 years and get detailed notes. Not having to take notes while on calls allows me to be fully focused on candidates. The initial setup of CoRecruit (formerly Quil) was very easy.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I think being able to listen to any part of a transcript would be useful. If there's a 5 minute block of someone speaking, you have to guess where it is to be able to listen to the exact spot. Click an exact word in a transcript and take you there.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CoRecruit lets me focus on candidates by not taking notes during calls. Its AI feature offers a searchable 'living notebook' with detailed notes from past calls.

 ### 50. Effortless to Implement, Accurate Notes That Keep Our Team Organized

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael C. | Talent Acquisition Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I love how easy it is to use and implement. It doesn’t matter whether I’m in a Teams meeting, an in-person meeting, or on a phone call—I can always have the notetaker running. I also really appreciate how accurate the notes are. Once I receive them, I don’t have to spend any extra time editing, which is saving our team a lot of time. Lastly, the product is really helping our team stay organized with the Corecruit platform.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

So far, so good. Nothing negative to report about right now.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time and accuracy. Being able to spend less time updating and editing notes is giving our team so much more time to fill roles and identify other candidates.
