The ability to collect offline surveys and easily create beautiful and professional-looking surveys on Apple devices. User management and roles allow issuing surveys to users. Android surveys looked less polished when we originally deployed the app. Very expensive. Per-device licensing has pros and cons. Online surveys were removed, so the availability of online surveys depends on whether you had a previous survey to create a template from or if support provides this to you. This incredible system has been a plus. It is a system that has been able to solve for us to be able to create surveys and thus be able to receive favorable or negative responses from our clients in this way to improve our network within the company to give better support, capacity or improve our services, we are very happy because the tool has been very simple, we have not had to ask any type of extra questions because everything is very well explained so it makes the job faster. Personally, I think that the system works correctly and in general in the company it has been a very useful tool, so saying that something is wrong or negative is incoherent because it has worked very well, with results obtained have been favorable No negative points regarding the creation, editing or sending of the surveys I like how it continues to improve.
