QuickOrder Reviews & Product Details

SCJ QuickOrder is Sales Force Automation (SFA) and B2B E-commerce solution that helps wholesale distributors and trading companies digitize order taking, centralize customer data, and synchronize inventory across sales channels. Developed by SCJ Informatique, this platform is tailored specifically for the "Négoce" (general trading and distribution) sector, addressing the need for speed and accuracy in high-volume commercial transactions. The software functions as a dual-interface ecosystem designed to unify the sales process. It connects field sales representatives, who require mobile tools for client visits, with professional buyers who require autonomy for restocking. By integrating directly with a company's central ERP system, SCJ QuickOrder ensures that product information, stock availability, and client-specific pricing are consistent whether an order is placed in person or via the web portal. It targets mid-market to enterprise-level organizations looking to replace paper catalogs and manual order entry with a streamlined digital workflow. SCJ QuickOrder provides a specific set of functionalities to support commercial activity: Offline Mobile SFA: The tablet application enables field sales representatives to access digital catalogs, present products, and capture orders without an active internet connection, synchronizing data once connectivity is restored. 24/7 B2B Showroom: A secure e-commerce web portal allows professional clients to browse catalogs, check real-time stock levels, and place restocking orders or pre-orders independently at any time. ERP Integration: The system utilizes automated connectors to link with major management software (including Sage, Cegid, EBP, Divalto, and Microsoft Dynamics), facilitating the automatic transfer of orders, invoices, and customer data. Client CRM Data: Users have immediate access to detailed customer profiles, including purchase history, outstanding payments, and specific commercial terms, allowing for informed negotiation during client visits. Centralized Back-Office: Sales directors utilize a web-based dashboard to manage product visibility, analyze sales statistics, and monitor the performance of the field force. By implementing SCJ QuickOrder, distribution companies aim to reduce the administrative burden of manual data processing, minimize order errors, and ensure a continuous commercial presence both in the field and online.
