QuickBooks Payments makes life easier by integrating seamlessly with the QuickBooks bookkeeping software. The coordination between invoicing, payments, and accounting is smooth, which means I don’t have to manually reconcile transactions. Deposits hit quickly, which is a huge benefit for cash flow management. What do you dislike about QuickBooks Payments? One drawback is the processing fees, which seem quite high, particularly for larger transactions. For instance, when I made a $2,500 transfer via Venmo, QuickBooks charged me $72.75 in fees. That’s a substantial reduction from my revenue for what should be a simple payment. This straightforward approach lets me concentrate on running and expanding my business, rather than getting bogged down by payment infrastructure concerns. With its streamlined payment process and direct integration with my bookkeeping, it saves me time, cuts down on administrative tasks, and ensures my financial records remain accurate with minimal effort.
