What do you like best about QuestionPro?

I love this platform for its user friendly interface that is really easy to use even for first time users. The onboarding of this platform can also be done with a google ID. This makes the login process more secure and fast. Other than this I love the easy creation of forms on this platform with the available templates. The AI of this platform also actively assist in brainstorming and creating a templates from just a prompt. So there is no worries if the similar templates of our survey is not there on this platform as we can easily create one with the help of its AI. Other than this I also love the capability to use branching logics and add media to the survey. Branding can also be done easily on this platform. I love the capability of this platform to distribute efficiently through various channels and also create a good analytics. What do you dislike about QuestionPro?

I love most part of this platform but I wish that the pricing of this platform was more moderate. I also wish that the speed of processing was a little more faster on this platform. What do you like best about QuestionPro?

It has a solid and easy-to-use interface, and it's also simple to set up surveys that allow for obtaining important metrics. Users comment that it's easy to answer surveys there on the platform. What do you like best about QuestionPro?

it makes survey and feedback work much more easy and organized during my daily work. I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content for social media and online awareness sessions, so I regularly use surveys for patient feedback, weight loss consultation forms, webinar response collection, nutrition awareness programs and lifestyle related feedback work. Creating surveys, adding questions, editing forms and sharing survey links feels smooth during regular work. I use it frequently for health awareness surveys, consultation feedback forms and educational response collection. Different question types, rating options, survey templates and logic settings are useful because every health project and audience response form is little different.

I also like the reporting and analytics features because they help me understand audience feedback more clearly. It becomes easier to check which health topics people are more interested in and what type of educational content is helping them more. Response tracking and data export also helps while managing survey records and feedback reports together. performance has been good during regular use. Surveys load properly, response collection works smoothly and I did not face major problems while handling multiple forms together. Mobile survey experience is also good, so people can easily fill forms from phone during online sessions and wellness programs.

Features like survey branching, rating questions, multilingual support and customization are very helpful during clinic and educational projects. Customer support articles and help resources were also useful whenever I needed help for survey settings or form management. Overall, QuestionPro has been very useful for managing wellness surveys, educational feedback, patient response forms and health awareness projects in a more organized, smooth and professional way during my regular work. What do you dislike about QuestionPro?

platform has many features and settings, so in the beginning some sections can feel little confusing for non technical users. It takes some time to properly understand all reporting, branching and customization options. What do you like best about QuestionPro?

The various tools built into the survey design are very useful. There are many ways to customize each survey, and there are tools that assist with following up with respondents as well. There are also tools to help with survey completion and customization of the user interface, which I have found to be helpful. What do you dislike about QuestionPro?

I will say that the user interface on the back-end is a bit difficult to navigate initially, and I have had issues dealing with the limitations for different types of accounts. There are many features, but they are tiered depending on the license type, so it means that I can't always use the exact feature that I want to (such as a limitation on number of dashboards or types of survey items). What do you like best about QuestionPro?

What I like best about QuestionPro is how easy it is to create and manage surveys, especially for academic use. From my experience, the platform gives a lot of flexibility in designing questionnaires—you get multiple question types like MCQs, rating scales, and descriptive answers, so it becomes easier to collect proper feedback.

What do you like best about QuestionPro?

We've used QuestionPro for many years and it continues to be the best tool for our research needs. It allows us to make sophisticated surveys, with branching logic and tailored responses, and also provides great analytic tools. Our constituents have never complained about the interface or their experience with our surveys, which I think is a huge compliment to the overall user experience design! We have a nonprofit license which annually expires in the midst of an important surveying project. We appreciate that the system continues to collect responses while we work to renew our license, but it usually translates to at least a week of interruption to our workflows.
