Quantum Delivery Hub Reviews & Product Details

Quantum Delivery Hub is project management software for organisations that need formal governance without enterprise tooling. It connects the project plan, RAID log, governance documents, change control, timesheets and cost in one platform, so whatever reaches a stage gate or sprint review comes straight from the plan. Each project runs as PRINCE2, Agile or Hybrid. PRINCE2 projects get a Gantt with stage boundaries and gate approval. Agile and Hybrid projects also get Kanban, backlog and sprint views over the same task data. Seven governance document types (including the PID, Terms of Reference, Statement of Work and Closure Report) move through draft, review and approval. Approval locks the document and produces an immutable PDF and audit record. Requests for change and off-specifications route to a named Change Authority. Time and cost are built in: weekly timesheets with approval, cost-to-completion statements, purchase-order tracking, multi-currency support and utilisation reporting. AI assistance drafts documents and summarises delivery health, and a person always reviews it before anything is approved. Microsoft Project plans and existing RAID logs can be imported. Built in the UK by Quantum Consultancy Ltd, a PMO consultancy led by PRINCE2 practitioners. Customer data is held in Google Cloud's London region.
