"Time-Saving Automation with Cost Benefits"
What do you like best about Quadient Accounts Payable?

I like how Quadient Accounts Payable Automation by Beanworks saves a lot of time with its automated coding and workflows set up for approvals. The automated progression of invoices and expenses is a major advantage compared to a manual paper trail. It's a real time saver, and having all the historical data available makes it easier to see history. I also appreciate the integration with SAGE Intacct as our GL system, which saves a lot of time compared to doing manual journal entries. Switching to the expense module from Concur was a good decision because it offers a cheaper cost and allows us to perform expense and invoice processing on a single platform. The initial setup was pretty seamless as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quadient Accounts Payable?

I find that coding could be done a bit faster. Also, the response time for any ticket should be faster, especially regarding Corpay. If a payment needs to be reissued due to a missing payment, the turnaround time is 3-5 days, which leads to vendor frustration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Beanworks is effective & good but Repay is bad."
What do you like best about Quadient Accounts Payable?

Beanworks does a good job processing invoices. Customer support has been attentive and helped us resolve all AP automation issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quadient Accounts Payable?

The downside is using Repay to process payments. Repay does not allow direct communication with customers. Repay is not timely in responding to issues. It has taken weeks to re-issue lost checks. Our vendors have struggled to get registered for ACH payment. Just today, Repay took our AP check run and duplicated every payment. I suspect it'll takes weeks to resolve this. Let me be clear. Repay has been a disaster. My staff is ready to quit. Our vendors go weeks without payment. Before this morning, I could have said Repay at least is consistent on processing released Beanworks invoices. Now, I can't even say that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ashlin Haley of Quadient Accounts Payable

We are glad to hear that Quadient AP has been effective in processing your invoices and that our customer support has been helpful. We are sorry to hear about the difficulties you have experienced with Repay, and we are committed to addressing these issues to ensure a better experience for you and your vendors.
