The adoption rate isn't fantastic; there's room for improvement. I've been trying multiple avenues to increase adoption, but I'm falling short of where I want it to be. My organizations delay in preparing content to use on Qstream. My biggest barrier is getting subject matter experts to prepare the content in a timely fashion and in the templates necessary to deploy. The best part about Qstream is their flexibility and customer service. Our case was a unique type for them but they were very helpful in setting it up for us and every step of the way through the process as new cases arose.

Qstream is easy to navigate and the representatives are friendly and detailed orientated. On multiple occasions my contact at Qstream has taken the time to walk me through the website as well as my stake holders.
