## About QR Cake
QR Cake is a dynamic QR code generator built for teams that print first and change their minds later. Every code you create is editable: update the destination, swap the file, or fix a broken link at any time, and every QR code already printed on your packaging, menus, or signage instantly points somewhere new. No reprinting, no reissuing. Create QR codes for websites, PDFs, images, video, audio, file downloads, vCard digital business cards, link lists, events, app downloads, reviews, Wi-Fi, and plain text. Files and landing pages are hosted for you, so a PDF menu or a product video opens straight in the scanner's phone browser with nothing to install. Design codes to match your brand with custom colors, a logo in the center, and framed call-to-action shapes, then export a high-resolution PNG for print or a scalable SVG that stays sharp at any size, from a business card to a billboard. Built-in scan analytics show how your codes actually perform: scans over time, top locations, devices, and referrers, updating in real time. Compare campaigns, see which store or flyer is working, and track everything from one dashboard. QR Cake fits the tools you already use, with apps for Canva, Figma, and Adobe Express, a Chrome extension, an iOS app with a home screen widget, and an API for generating codes programmatically. The interface is available in 35 languages with pricing in local currency. Start free with 5 dynamic QR codes, unlimited scans, and no credit card required. Free codes never expire and keep working for as long as your account exists; scans show a brief ad page before redirecting. Paid plans remove that ad, unlock analytics, and raise the code limit, and every plan begins with a 7-day free trial you can cancel anytime. Whether you run a restaurant updating a seasonal menu, a marketing team measuring print campaigns, a manufacturer putting manuals on equipment, or a small business handing out digital business cards, QR Cake turns a printed square into something you can change, measure, and improve long after it leaves the printer.

## QR Cake Reviews
 ### 1. Branded Landing Pages That Strengthen Our Identity at Scale

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about QR Cake?**

The branded landing pages are the clear standout-they turn what used to be a generic, forgettable scan into something that reinforces our identity right when a customer is engaging with a product or promotion. Setup was quick enough to roll out across multiple retail locations and package runs without needing a large design or dev effort each time, Which matters given the scale we operate at

**What do you dislike about QR Cake?**

We hit some limits on deeper customization- a few very specific layout or brand placement details weren't fully flexible within the standard setup. Minor at our scale, but worth nothing if you have strict brand guidelines across many touchpoints.

**What problems is QR Cake solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In our company, customers interact with our brand across a lot of physical touchpoints-retail store displays, device packaging, promotional flyers, and in-store signage. A lot of these traditionally used plain QR codes that linked to generic pages, which felt disconnected from the premium, connected experience we're supposed to represent as a telecom provider. QR CAKE solved this by letting us turn those scan codes into branded, website-style landing pages, so a customer scanning a code on a device box or in-store display lands on something that visibly reflects our brand instead of a bare link. It made our physical retail and packaging touchpoints

 ### 2. Branded Landing Pages That Feel Polished and Easy to Reuse

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark A. | CEO, Transportation/Trucking/Railroad, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user.

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through a business email account added to their profile

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2026

**What do you like best about QR Cake?**

The branded landing page is the biggest win-it doesn't feel like a throwaway scan-to-link code, it feels like a small branded experience tield to me and my listings. It was easy to set up without needing design help, which matters since i don't have an in-house marketing team. Being able to reuse the same branded approach across multiple listings and open houses saved me a lot of time

**What do you dislike about QR Cake?**

Customization felt a bit limited for very specific layout needs-there were a few brand elements I wanted more control over placement-wise that weren't fully flexible in the standard setup. Minor issue, but worth knowing going in

**What problems is QR Cake solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a real estate agent, a huge part of my job is standing out-buyers see dozens of yard signs, flyers, and open house banners every weekend, and most scan codes just dump them onto an MLS listing or a generic PDF. QR Cake let me put a scan code on my yard signs, open house flyers, and business cards that opens into a branded landing page instead-one that reflects my personal brand, not just that listing itself. This meant potential buyers walking by a sign or attending an listing itself. This meant potential buyers walking by a sign or attending an open house got a polished, professional first impression of me as an agent, not just the properly, which helped with recall and follow-up after the initial visit

 ### 3. Clean, Intuitive Dashboard with Fast, Flexible Dynamic QR Codes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael R. | Director Global Marketing & Sales, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user.

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through a business email account added to their profile

**Source: Organic:** Organic review. This review was written entirely without invitation or incentive from G2, a seller, or an affiliate.

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2026

**What do you like best about QR Cake?**

I really appreciate how QRCake's dashboard is clean, intuitive, and easy to navigate. The ability to generate dynamic QR codes quickly without technical hurdles makes it stand out. Customization options like adding logos and colors help align codes with brand identity, which is a huge plus for professional use.

**What do you dislike about QR Cake?**

While the platform is strong, I noticed that the analytics section could be more visually engaging. The data is accurate, but presenting it with charts or graphs would make insights to digest. Also, a mobile app version would improve accessibility for users who manage campaigns on the go

**What problems is QR Cake solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QRCake solved the challenge of tracking QR code performance across multiple campaigns. Before, i had no clear visibility into scan data or user engagement. Now, I can monitor scans bvy location, device type, and time, which helps me refine marketing strategies and prove ROI to stakeholders with confidence.

**What do you like best about QR Cake?**

The QR code creation flow was easy and pleasant to use, and it felt better than any other site I’ve used before.

**What do you dislike about QR Cake?**

There are no free ad free qr codes, I was going to have to pay anyway because I needed 10+ but one or two free ad free ones would have been nice

**What problems is QR Cake solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need to pre-create content for our social channels in advance, and using Qr Cake gives us the flexibility to change what the QR codes point to even after we’ve already created promotional content that includes them.

**What do you like best about QR Cake?**

The customisability, the ability to retain your QR codes with no expiration (even as our plan changed accidentally) was good. The UX is very user friendly and everyone in our team could use it with no issues.

**What do you dislike about QR Cake?**

It sounds corny but nothing really. I guess the ads that are on the site can be annoying.

**What problems is QR Cake solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dynamic QR code generation. Being able to customise them to our brand and being able to access them easily. It’s really simple to generate them and very user friendly.

**What do you like best about QR Cake?**

I found QR Cake easy to use and reasonably priced. What I really like is how it lets me change my restaurant menu without having to change the QR codes. The initial setup was really easy, which is one of the main reasons I chose to use it. Additionally, I value being able to edit the QR codes.

**What do you dislike about QR Cake?**

I'd like to be able to customize the QR codes more. I would like to change the way the QR code looks even more, like having some more AI features.

**What problems is QR Cake solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QR Cake allows me to change my restaurant menu without needing to change the QR codes, making it easy to use.

**What do you like best about QR Cake?**

I like QR Cake because it allowed me to create a nice-looking QR code with my logo on it. I really value the ability to change what website the QR code is pointing to after creating it, since it gives my business the flexibility to adapt when needed. Plus, it was the cheapest option among the products I compared, and it looked professional. Setting it up was really easy; I just signed in through Google, and it was done in like five seconds.

**What do you dislike about QR Cake?**

Nothing in particular, maybe i would like more design freedom when creating the QR code

**What problems is QR Cake solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QR Cake lets me create customizable QR codes with my logo and change the linked website whenever needed, offering adaptability for my business.

**What do you dislike about QR Cake?**

Nothing to dislike. It was super straight forward

I’ve been using it for pitch decks so prospective clients can scan to access a demo. It makes it more engaging and allows me to keep decks clean
