Qozo is a great software for implementation all types of business problems. It's functions ans interface are smooth and easy.

**What do you dislike about Qozo?**

Occasionally there is some lag time while using it.

**What do you like best about Qozo?**

We needed a tool that allowed us to find suppliers without too much hassle. We used Curtis Fitch Insight to achieve this goal. The best part of Insight is its ability to create fully customizable questionnaires with ease. Once the questionnaires are completed the software creates a scorecard that allows us to easily identifies suppliers that we would like to work with.

**What do you dislike about Qozo?**

The software may contain a bug or two once in awhile. However, when we report the bug to the company, they usually resolve the issue in a timely manner. 

**Recommendations to others considering Qozo:**

We highly recommend giving Curtis Fitch Insight a try if you're looking for an easy to use software for managing vendors.

**What problems is Qozo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Curtis Fitch Insight allows us to focus more on building relationships with suppliers instead of trying to find them. It allows us to easily keep track of which suppliers would benefit our company the most.

allows my to see whats trending in the company and put action items to move forward

difficult to use at first, wish there was better support.

helps identify which trends and putting together actionable items

Being able to Drive partnership across my supply base. I am able to manage performance.

Sometimes difficult to sift through the data because of the large volume of information

Have business needs for eSourcing, Contract Management and Supplier Relationship Management.
