I use Qapita for managing the cap table and ESOP grants as it replaces our manual worksheets and brings more accuracy, plus it's affordable. It's easy to use and the onboarding team is very helpful—they really do most of the heavy lifting. Qapita now helps us manage stakeholders effectively by providing visibility and control.
