I think the grant letter formats could use some improvement because right now they are standard and not tailored to specific user needs. Every company has different vesting formats, so it would be better if these could be customized instead of using a one-size-fits-all approach. Broadly handling my cap structure. How the structure gets diluted when new investment comes. Benefiting the investor to take decisions quicker. It has made reporting so much easier with the various reports available on the platform. With the recent changes to the reports, employees understand the value of their ESOPs better, especially with features like payslips and the valuation slider.
