It's very easy to use. We've been using another similar tool and it was way too complicated. This Fable is super easy. you just record your screen and it creates your steps right away. Honestly speaking nothing that i would dislike. I would love to see more native apps and integrations but as you have opened API you can connect to anything basically. Also I would love to see if they add workspaces for agency clients with labels and tags or if we can have a voice over with avatar where you can also record yourselves where you can describe your scenario with voice. I have a SaaS tool for the Brazilian market (I'm Brazilian, sorry for my poor English). This tool offers a relatively new solution, so it's a bit challenging to explain to leads what we do for them. Before using Fable, we had to spend long hours on WhatsApp explaining our product and how it works. My way of doing tutorials and demo products have changed 100%. The tool is so intuitive and easy to follow! Learning curve if pretty soft and the support, well, I have to say, I'm sooo picky with online softwares, but they have solved me all the questions and doubts I had. I made them some suggestions and they have that already in their roadmap, So I can't be more happier to see this grow! As you can use it in an independent domain or embed it wherever you want to, it makes it great to put on any tool! I'm using it for all my upcoming softwares. The concept -- dynamic walkthroughs; it makes the old screencast tutorial seem so outdated. To be able to go step by step through a guide or tutorial, with the ability to go back and review and to even include a screencast if needed to further clarify a step, is a lovely new thing I provide my clients now with Fable. To be honest, it's challenging to find significant drawbacks. If I had to nitpick, I'd say there's a slight learning curve to fully harness the platform's potential. I like that it's easy to edit what I want my tutorial users to see. The blur function is very, very handy. And the selections of what I want to show is quick and easy.

I liked seeing when I told a couple of people to use the tutorial to sign up for an email and the other to authorize a person/agency on their Facebook account. They just opened the tutorial, and following the prompts I saw that it was really easy for them. And they were people who weren't very familiar with technology.

What I don't like is that sometimes there are some explanations that are not clear at first -however, once you read well, everything is clear- For example, making path A or B detach from an action. Sometimes it's confusing when you don't have time to read everything. However, it's like everything else, you have to read the instructions first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In my support role, I often use Zoom to record sessions and provide clients with video feedback. With Fable, I can now share a quick demo via a simple link accessible from anywhere. What I appreciate most about Fable is its ease of implementation and versatility in creating demos. You can either record your clicks, with each click representing a step in the process, or upload your own screenshots when recording isn't feasible (such as when Fable cannot capture certain browser settings). This flexibility and security make it a standout feature.

When using screenshots instead of recordings, the blur functionality isn't available. The content section could also benefit from better organization, such as the addition of folders or bulk upload capabilities. A desktop version would be a valuable addition too. As a teacher this is a very welcome tool to create online instructions for my IT students which need to become familiar with programming and the use of all kinds of software. Not only is it an extreme fast process but Fable is original in the way it creates the slides. These are not just screenshots or images but real interactief html pages, clickable, scrollable for the viewer with makes the end product a user-friendly, interactive experience. Fable has the necessary features to easily create educational demos. Once I logged into Fable, it was a matter of minutes to adapt and start working seriously. The sharing features like embedding seem fantastic to me for easily integrating it into materials like presentations and web pages.

I find it great how the support staff is attentive to your concerns, which gives me a lot of confidence.

It is a tool that I will surely use for a long time in my daily routine, from the start I am happy to have implemented it, as it was super easy to integrate it into my needs.
