What do you like best about PyRx?

The auto dock flexible residue feature creates a simple pdbqt file I use for flexible residue docking with Vina or Autodock. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PyRx?

Fewer collaboration options to work with colleagues and also, there is no remote mode available for Vina. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
