**What do you like best about DrugDev Spark?**

The site is easy to use.  Multiple documents can be housed and organized in this site. Workflow tasks are tabbed and at your fingertips. It is very similar to others; however, has a more friendly view.  Way more organized.

**What do you dislike about DrugDev Spark?**

I have not encountered any dislikes at the moment. I have tried many different areas of the site and so far I am pleased.

**What problems is DrugDev Spark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It elimates printing documents.  I saves the user from having multiple portals to access and keep passwords that constantly change.

**What do you like best about DrugDev Spark?**

I like this platform because it’s a one stop shop linking Sponors and Sites. I can track study payments and invoices, as well as submit for new studies. 

**What do you dislike about DrugDev Spark?**

Sometimes the follow ups from support takes several days and I have had to send multiple emails to get questions answered. 

**What problems is DrugDev Spark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps with payment and invoice tracking . We also can submit our investigatigators for new studies via this portal.
