What do you like best about AutoDock?

It is a very accurate docking program, I used it for 2 years in my research assistantship internship at my college in medicinal chemistry. It gives precise results and it is really awesome! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AutoDock?

Despite being perfect in terms of results, it is really complicated to be used, it requires a specified level of experience for using it. The command prompt is complex! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Auto doc is helpful it’s able to show configurations as tables and allows you to download them easily as well as make it simple to compare two configuration reports. Auto doc Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
