I also like that it helps you debrief your results at the very end. I also like that results save if another company uses this platform so you don't need to do the assessment all over again. **What do you dislike about pymetrics?** Would like a deeper dive after each assessment and at the end discuss more success measures and how the candidate's results compare with people in the company **What problems is pymetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?** Looking at how high performers ranked and benchmarking and predicting candidate's future success with the company.
