**What do you like best about pymetrics?**

It doesn't feel like you are taking an assessment - it feels more like you are playing games. I also like that it helps you debrief your results at the very end. I also like that results save if another company uses this platform so you don't need to do the assessment all over again.

**What do you dislike about pymetrics?**

Would like a deeper dive after each assessment and at the end discuss more success measures and how the candidate's results compare with people in the company

**What problems is pymetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Looking at how high performers ranked and benchmarking and predicting candidate's future success with the company. Increasing diversity hiring based on objective criteria

There is not much that I dislike about pymetrics

The informaron is not clear, is not easy and the utility es very bad

**What do you like best about pymetrics?**

I like the games, UI, and ability to build profiles based on current successful archetypes.

**What do you dislike about pymetrics?**

In the use case we were exploring, the games did not actually serve as a filter for incoming candidates; most ended up being a match for the profiles generated.

**What problems is pymetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The tool helps you assess for traits, which can help eliminate bias and make sure you are hiring the right person for the job.

**What do you like best about pymetrics?**

It seems to do a good job with millennials and younger candidates, engaging them in the recruitment process with the gamified application.

**What do you dislike about pymetrics?**

Older candidates don't like it and usually fall out from the process. Also the assessment results are not super accurate.

**Recommendations to others considering pymetrics:**

Only good if you primarily targeting younger folks who are applying on their phones

**What problems is pymetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives some indications about the personality of job applicants and allows us to make an early assessment of their fit
