I really appreciate how visually intuitive Puzzle is. It helps me know what's going on and see where all my processes are at. The ability to filter by software, team members, and roles is incredibly useful, allowing me to get the information I need about my processes quickly. Puzzle's integration of different tools in one place and its cost analysis feature, which shows the efficiency of processes, have truly been game-changing. Mapping out every process, whether it's automation or human-driven, using natural text in each step, is a feature I find very cool. It's also amazing how Puzzle lets me share plans with others and perform cost analyses. This has made both me and my team significantly more efficient, and I can't recommend it highly enough. For over ten years, I've struggled to find a process mapping tool that caters to automation and NoCode professionals. Puzzle solves that problem. The interface is visually appealing, with a clean layout and a color scheme that promotes focus. The preloaded app icons eliminate the need to search and upload them myself, saving valuable time on every project. Puzzle was incredibly easy to implement into how I work with my clients and I love that I can share views of individual sections from my canvas. I can honestly say I use this tool every single day.

Puzzle's ability to define step types (manual, automated, etc.) and statuses (draft, live, etc.). let me create crystal-clear process maps that communicate the entire workflow at a glance, both in terms of implementation progress and workflow mechanics. Assigning roles to each step based on a decision matrix streamlines collaboration with my clients and ensures everyone understands their responsibilities.

Finally, I can appreciate how the team at Puzzle is focused on the NoCode space and is building in support to auto-import automations from industry-leading apps and automation companies.
