As an administrator, I can use the platform to track sign ups, progress etc. ### 2. The community aspect is also an disadvantage not allowing me to connect with minded individuals who share similar aspirations. Navigation is cumbersome making it difficult to find information. Customization options are limited, restricting personalization possibilities. PushFar is unable to understands my objectives. Does not help me accomplish them. Although there does not seem to be a lot of new traffic and a lot of the profiles have been forgotten about. If the marketing was a little better, I think PushFar could be one of the leaders in it's kind of product. Intuitive Interface Design - I am not a technology person at all, but right from the beginning, I found PushFar to be really easy to understand and use, and I actually enjoyed going through the entire platform trying out all the features and figuring everything out! **What do you dislike about PushFar?** I think that PushFar would benefit from creating a more robust mobile app for its platform. More refined skill assessment would help users create and follow through on their over all goals. **What problems is PushFar solving and how is that benefiting you?** Goal Attainment - Having an easy userface that I am able to document, implement and then track my goal progression has really led to higher professional development that I am not sure I would have reached without PushFar! Knowledge Sharing - This was the most important aspect for me and I love the fact that there are so many professionals who seem to be experts in their field and they are able to really engage in professional and dynamic discussions that would help anyone progress within their career or personally. ### 5. Furthermore, it is not limited to a particular region so you can seek out mentors and mentees worldwide. **What do you dislike about PushFar?** Since it is a start-up platform, it has a couple of features that would need to be implemented to bring out the platform's capacity entirely. One of the most underrated aspects of PushFar though is the human support Ed and his team provide. I don't think I've ever had to wait longer than an hour for a response which helped us implement it quickly across all our members. **What do you dislike about PushFar?** Honestly, nothing. The team are great at adding features for us when we ask and their customer support responds to emails faster than we can write them. **What problems is PushFar solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was spending hours every month answering routine questions and now the community has a place to help each other answer questions on a one-to-one and a one-to-many basis. It's been a lifesaver as it's allowed me to work on other areas of the business that actually pushes the needle forward. ### 9. There should be more options since we are connecting from different countries.
