Not relying on human error and ensuring that the message to the end users are well conveyed. Their Customer support is simply amazing as well and the product is so easy to easy. **What do you dislike about PuppyDog?** Nothing in particular, hoping it gets more and more better overtime in terms of more features, there are so many things at the back of the head that can help us and this platform can certainly provide it. **What problems is PuppyDog solving and how is that benefiting you?** We don’t rely on salespeople to represent our product. With PuppyDog, however, we were able to produce several videos within just a week. The script generation feature is impressive and significantly accelerated our video creation process. The interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, and the dashboards provide valuable insights. Additionally, customer support has been excellent and very responsive. **What do you dislike about PuppyDog?** Nothing so far, it has worked well for us. **What problems is PuppyDog solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our product is a unique solution and we needed a video to explain our solution.
