**What do you like best about PSR, Inc.?**

My PSR analyst customized his approach to our process, ideal profile and my own style and experience. Being led through results by the analyst compiling the results adds a new dimension not offered by other tools.

**What do you dislike about PSR, Inc.?**

Like everything it seems, speed to valuable results is a factor for all decisions regarding these instruments. It's not fair to ask a chef to make soup in the time in takes to boil water.

**Recommendations to others considering PSR, Inc.:**

If you're hiring in volume. PSR may be a bit too cumbersome and may be overkill. If you have multiple qualified candidates for a professional position, I recommend you use the richest tool available to make the right choice.

**What problems is PSR, Inc. solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PSR gives an interviewer a much more robust and rich description of an applicant. We have also had great success with using PSR to assess internal candidates for advancement.

**Describe the project or task PSR, Inc. helped with:**

I've used several well-known instruments for applicant assessment over the last 20 years. PSR offers a deeper level of insight into applicant traits. PSR also provides the only tool I have encountered to evaluate current employees for future management aptitude. The PSR process is a bit longer to complete and analyze over some of the more modern tools. However, the greater depth of the results is worth the efforts, in my experience.

**What do you like best about PSR, Inc.?**

I benefit from personal communication with my PSR analyst to discuss the results.

**What do you dislike about PSR, Inc.?**

The investment of time to test and to receive results can be a bit cumbersome while still being necessary.

**What problems is PSR, Inc. solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our organization has too many qualified employees for fewer new positions due to low turnover. We use the PSR to determine which employees are the best investments for organizational growth and performance.
