When it works well, it's amazing.

I have a bunch of 4G USB dongles hooked up via a USB tray to a proxy pi that is connected to Proxidize.

I'm not logged in on my admin account so I can't see the billing part of the account.

I didn't know my account was limited to only 5 endpoints (= 4G USB dongles). Whenever I plugged a new (6th) dongle in, it would just not appear on the list. I would then after a while take one out and then suddenly the 6th one would appear. It literally took me weeks to realize that my $99 plan was limited and that I had to pay DOUBLE to be able to use 6 endpoints. (The plans currently go from 5 to 10 to 20 endpoints.)

The customer panel doesn't make clear that you have reached your limit nor allows you to see the disabled endpoints. You just think there is something wrong on your end, and it turns out that Proxidize has it secretly disabled.

I also have an issue where I plug in a new endpoint on my end and sometimes it can take 5-10 minutes for the endpoint to appear in my customer panel. It's not really Proxidize's fault, but I kinda feel lost sometimes, not knowing if something is broken on my end or their end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The dashboard subscription can become a job itself, especially noticeable when you reach the starting modem mark and decide to move to the enterprise tiers. It's the biggest challenge. CPU issues are significant and the subsurface stuff can still take up to two to three weeks. I learned to over-order and stock by models. This is something I realized after using it for a year. I really appreciate Proxidize for its reliability and the ability to upgrade proxies without any issues, even under high demand. I can route the service thousands of times daily across platforms like Instagram, Shopify, and Google without hitting any limits or getting banned. It's fast and visually appealing, plus it provides actual useful data instead of just pretty graphs. The initial setup was straightforward; the updated guide and dashboard made it dummy-proof. I do have a complaint about the price of the iHeartra dashboard. Also, sometimes we are stuck with popular modems like the 10520, and there's a one to two weeks delay in shipping to some locations. What I like best about Proxidize is the combination of top-notch quality and complete ownership. The mobile IPs are extremely clean with very low retention rates, even with entire usage. The dashboard provides precise call-through, offering insights on rotations, stats, and individual models. It's very reliable and professional compared to the shared proxy service I used before. The best parts about the Proxidize are the proxies are from real USA mobile ISPs like AT&T or T-Mobile, Very low IP fraud scores, Ips are dynamic you may obtain a new one by a single click or via rotating API. Also I found as a mobile IP they are pretty fast.

Oh, I almost forgot about the customer support via live chat, they are just straight forward and extremely helpful. No time will be wasted guaranteed! They both supports HTTP and Socks5 protocol so proxies can be integrated on any browsers or IP/proxy tools easily. Unlike other providers, you won't be bothered by limited bandwidth. There are countless things that I loved about Proxidize still I think mobile carrier selections are limited. I understand that they are providing Unlimited bandwidth but still the price is hanging on the higher side. Also I found that the city selection sometimes just don't work properly. For instance, I have selected Dallas as my preferred city location for my proxies but sometimes they are serving proxies from another cites of TX instead of Dallas. Proxidize is the most robust proxy solutions I have ever used. From their UI to their proxy qualities, they do incredible job. Also the support is very quick and helpful. Low fraud score, fresh IPs, mobile IPs, proxy rotation API, city level targeting, these are the best features of them that I really loved about.

The only problem I have faced with em is sometimes the proxies get so slow. I can understand that mobile proxies works that way. But when it gets slower, It almost impossible to ping or scrap any data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
