What do you like best about Provision?

I am a big advocate of Provision and use it every single day because it is highly effective and super user-friendly. Provision helps me find information quickly and always sources the right material within the contract, which saves me both time and money. I also find it very easy to train others on using Provision, typically taking only fifteen minutes, which then saves them time and money too. I particularly enjoy the chat feature, which provides quick responses and allows me to review contract language directly. This feature keeps the information sealed within our company, which I appreciate. I love that you can be as vague or specific as you want in the chat, and the chat history allows me to quickly find past information. The initial setup of Provision was very easy, just signing in with my email, and I can share notes and thoughts on contracts with my teammates effortlessly. I love Provision because it has made my job so much easier, and I would rate my likelihood to recommend it as a 10 out of 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Provision?

Sometimes, people will duplicate folders because they don't know a folder already exists. But this is being worked on, and now, when creating a new folder, it suggests existing similar folders, which is helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
