It is not possible to send bulk SMS to any customer first you need to have their consent to be able to send marketing campaigns to their phones, so you cannot receive a database and use it in ProTexting. Another negative point could be the little information we found about the software on the web, I actually found out about the service from a colleague who was starting to use it in another company. Excellent speed in sending text messages to all our customers, totally simplifying communication with the customer. The interface is very easy to use and can be managed from any mobile device. The configuration is very simple, the platform is workable and very easy to manipulate, the options for automating text messages seem to me very useful for attracting potential customers for the company. One of the problems that I detect in ProTexting's features may be the reports and analysis tools, I think they are not very accurate, it would be useful to get more predictive analysis on the text messages sent and the interaction with customers. Another detail to take into account has to do with its price, it seems to me that for sending text messages they charge high rates, it is true that the program is very automated and serves to save time when wanting to contact customers, but there could be a price adjustment. Very easy to set up when creating marketing and sales campaigns, for this option I love being able to integrate it with HubSpot Marketing gives better quality to all the marketing options that are pre-configured in ProTexting, just enter the applications section select it and all the configured accounts will be added to the software. Excellent automation options and marketing flow services, in fact, forms can also be set up to collect leads and can also be added to HubSpot flow. The first negative point I consider is that the program lacks customization, the options are limited and offers very few. I would like to be able to integrate it with more marketing programs, sometimes the messages do not reach their recipients the program does not usually wear this anomaly would be a very good option to throw some bounce message. For this type of software a smartphone application that does not work well I consider it a disadvantage, it is necessary to improve and work more on application for the iOS operating system. During the time we have been using ProTexting, we have'nt had any features that have caused us any displeasure, however before using this tool we were shocked by the high cost it had for a simple messaging tool, but now running this tool we don't have any kind of negative opinion. The login is very simple, and the user interface is very clean and polished the initial dashboard where we can configure the SMS marketing is well located and accessing all the options is really easy to execute. The interface allows you to keep a clear statistics of the messages you manage, active users and campaigns created, with graphics and well done to keep track of all the work. Another plus point of the software is the configuration of forms integrating with HubSpot account, including automation of the process to improve lead flow. The mobile app needs more work, I don't like the interface and I think the people behind the development of the app didn't do a good job, another problem is the few template options for text messages, the software is sometimes slow and messages take a long time to load. It is a tool that I value very much for the ease it offers to deliver text messages to customers in real time, without interruptions, at very competitive prices. Definitely with the use of ProTexting simplifies customer service, as there is always an automatic response with the automation of messages, we can always send offers, payment reminders, and support responses, we also have an attractive flow of interaction with the customer as we can study and analyze the behavior and response. The support is effective, however, if the platform implemented a live or call solution it would be highly valued by my judgment as a customer, the registration process I consider cumbersome they ask you for a phone number, but the message may take to arrive I had to make several attempts to access the platform. Another point in question is that the price is not adequate for small businesses, for medium and large if it is considered acceptable, but could be improved. The messaging platform has few integrations I hope to add more in the future, another detail is its limitations could add more regions, you do not have many customization options always see the same thing on the screen. I love how simple it is to use. You only need to upload the content and leads and you're pretty much done. It also sends messages very consistent with the schedule we provide, which wasn't the case with our previous tool Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
