Helps me extract data from PDF forms and also some demographic data and project invoices, mostly in PDFs too sometimes images. Usually very quick and accurate, would say about 1 minute. I then send this data over to our analytics team who enters into SQL db and some online portals Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They have some basic concatenation features of grouping similar tables across many pages and different documents. They called it "table clustering". I wish they could allow our team to tune this further without needing to upgrading to enterprise plan. Still helpful in it's current state and super easy to integrate into our workflow Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Saves me tons of time when I'm pulling invoices and SKUs, usually under a minute to pull in several tables into PDF. Excel plugin is a life saver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Chart formatting is extremely useful, they do almost all of the customizations to my company's format. But I wish there was an auto apply button. They used to have it but for some reason removed it, now takes me 3 extra keystrokes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Generally saves time for my admin and accounting team to review statements and invoices. We collectively use maybe I am not a power user myself but got this tool for my team and have had raving reviews. Compared to 2 other tools our team tried, we like them for accuracy and audit ability (only ones to offer auditability actually). They were a tad slower than the 2 others but I'll take that trade any day. Also really great customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Am nitpicking here since generally pretty good and consistent. Sometimes takes longer for me when I'm extracting more than 500 pages at a time, not always though. But can be a bit inconsistent. Would say it takes 30-60 seconds when less than 100 pages, but when it's hundreds of pages which I need to do at quarter end, I've seen it take upwards of 5 minutes. There's also a few accuracy edge cases but I think they've held true to their word of 99%+ for our use cases, we've 2 others solutions and are happiest with prosights Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
