Usually very quick and accurate, would say about 1 minute. I then send this data over to our analytics team who enters into SQL db and some online portals **What do you dislike about ProSights?** They have some basic concatenation features of grouping similar tables across many pages and different documents. They called it "table clustering". I wish they could allow our team to tune this further without needing to upgrading to enterprise plan. Still helpful in it's current state and super easy to integrate into our workflow **What problems is ProSights solving and how is that benefiting you?** Saving time for my research assistants to manually pull in PDF data into Google Sheets and something that is SQL database compatible. We had been trying to use ChatGPT before but biggest worry was around security, which we initially got around by removing sensitive information. But even with that approach, ChatGPT is not good at doing it at scale and also can't compete on speed and accuracy ### 2. Excel plugin is a life saver. **What do you dislike about ProSights?** Chart formatting is extremely useful, they do almost all of the customizations to my company's format. But I wish there was an auto apply button. They used to have it but for some reason removed it, now takes me 3 extra keystrokes. **What problems is ProSights solving and how is that benefiting you?** Typing numbers into Excel at scale. I use it a few times a week except for reporting season each quarter when I need to use it multiple times a day for 2 weeks. Also sometimes I need the PPT backups to a PDF, especially when we're presenting to management. ### 3. We collectively use maybe I am not a power user myself but got this tool for my team and have had raving reviews. Compared to 2 other tools our team tried, we like them for accuracy and audit ability (only ones to offer auditability actually). They were a tad slower than the 2 others but I'll take that trade any day. Also really great customer support. **What do you dislike about ProSights?** Am nitpicking here since generally pretty good and consistent. Sometimes takes longer for me when I'm extracting more than 500 pages at a time, not always though. But can be a bit inconsistent. Would say it takes 30-60 seconds when less than 100 pages, but when it's hundreds of pages which I need to do at quarter end, I've seen it take upwards of 5 minutes.
