**What do you like best about ProQuo AI?**

It is pretty interactive and intuitive to use.A big stepstone for marketing management.The monitoring of the various aspects of the subject is what impressed me the most.

**What do you dislike about ProQuo AI?**

It is a pretty great tool and so far we are still exploring the various aspects of this tool. I am pretty sure there are many things which are uncovered and the team would be working efficiently to add more features and hone existing features.

**What problems is ProQuo AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sometimes the feeeback and the thinking of your customer lacks in the way you want to go forward. You have that or rather that aspect is achieved with this tool from the customer side which I find pretty helpful.

**What do you like best about ProQuo AI?**

The custom AI action plans can be really helpful! I’ve found it tricky to know whether the effort I’m putting as a brand manager is going to get the best return on investment, but since ProQuo’s action plans are taken from whatever your goals are, data on your brand and what people expect of the category ...plus, your competitors, it gives you more confidence that you're making an impact.

**What do you dislike about ProQuo AI?**

Some of the action plans could be out of your budget, i.e running a TV or another above the line media campaign. But there are multiple action plans you can choose from.

**What problems is ProQuo AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform is definitely helpful for creating a plan of action for your brand. It's cool that the AI reads your data and suggests the best things for you to be doing.  That's a pretty big time saver.  If you're not used to looking at a lot of data, and just want to get quickly to the answers, this is a really useful platform.

**What do you like best about ProQuo AI?**

The data is really different to other brand trackers I’ve seen in the past because it’s based on your customers' feelings. I've come across System 1 methods before but not in this way.  Because ProQuo's data is given to you daily, marketers are easily able to understand what their customers need and how their marketing efforts are performing while everything's live.  The platform allows you to ask custom questions, which gives everything a more personal touch and allows you to get an even deeper understanding on what's most important to you.

**What do you dislike about ProQuo AI?**

The framework they use needs to be integrated into your strategy.  I suppose that can be a bit of a learning curve at first, but the framework is very flexible for brands of different shapes and sizes.

**What problems is ProQuo AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a much better version of a brand tracker because it gives data every day.  You can also interact with it a lot more and connect it in with your brand's strategy and your marketing plans so it feels like a more full-service solution.

**What do you like best about ProQuo AI?**

This is the first time I’ve seen AI and decision intelligence brought into the marketing world which is really exciting. It’s game-changing that you can see the impact of all your marketing activities on what consumers are feeling about your brand as they happen.

I've used a lot of brand management tools in the past and I think ProQuo AI is at the cutting edge of what you can do in this space right now.

**What do you dislike about ProQuo AI?**

Since AI is so new to marketing it can take some time for the powers that be to see the value.

**Recommendations to others considering ProQuo AI:**

I would encourage potential users to take them up on the demo offer. Set goals on what you think this will bring to your business and put a vision together on how this fits into your marketing strategy. It's a fantastic tool when used right.

**What problems is ProQuo AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used ProQuo AI to enhance our customer experience by focusing on the right areas and making the most of our budget. The insights that we get from ProQuo are essential to our social strategy and finding what resonates with the customers in order to acquire new customers and winback churning ones.

The last couple of years have constantly shaken up almost every category, but proquo's category monitor gives the Marketing Team access to how people's feelings about a category change daily through the 16 driver framework.

**What do you dislike about ProQuo AI?**

Haven't found anything yet, it's been great so far.

It's tough to always know what people are thinking about your category, and your brand. The platform talks to people everyday, so you're always alerted when things change which is pretty cool. It's nice to be able to be on the front foot.

The automated reporting makes building our pitch decks and quarterly reports much easier. Being able to ask your target audiences anything is great as well

Since Pro Quo feels like something so new to marketing (especially the AI part) it took some time to get our CMO onboard.

Direct feedback for our omnichannel workflow supports the incremental improvement without the traditional time lag
