ProProfs Poll Maker Reviews & Product Details

I found ProProfs Poll Maker very easy to use, especially as a beginner—the user interface is clean and user-friendly. I was able to create a customer feedback survey form within a few minutes using its AI survey builder and templates. Everything is well organized, so adding and editing questions felt smooth and straightforward. Overall, it’s a good tool if you want to collect quick feedback from users without spending too much time on setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The customization options feel a bit limited, especially around design, layout, and extra detailing. It would be better if there were more themes and more flexibility to make surveys look more attractive, interesting, and visually appealing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how easy it is to create surveys and polls in just a few minutes. Since I provide Salesforce training, I use it every week to collect feedback from students on the sessions, their learning progress, and what improvements are needed. It’s also simple to share, and the responses are straightforward to track and review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some of the more advanced customization options and detailed reporting features could be improved. When working with larger training batches, it would also be helpful to have additional analytics options to better understand the results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a content creator, I often need to gather quick feedback from students and parents. The drag-and-drop builder allows me to create engaging polls and quizzes in minutes without any technical knowledge. The variety of ready-made templates is a huge time-saver, and the visual reports make it very easy to analyze the responses and understand what my audience needs for their learning materials. The free version has some limitations regarding the number of responses you can collect, which can be a bit restrictive for growing creators. Also, I would love to see more advanced customization options for the design of the results page to match my brand's specific aesthetic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like ProProfs Poll Maker because it's fast and lightweight, making it perfect for quick, no-fuss customer feedback. The standout feature for me is the one-click poll creation and pre-made templates, which let me make a polished, mobile-friendly poll in under two minutes without any design or technical skills. I value seeing real-time results; responses come in live as people vote, so I can make immediate decisions instead of waiting for data compilation. The ability to embed polls directly on my website or share them through email and social media seamlessly fits into my existing workflow. The initial setup was really straightforward and beginner-friendly—I had my first poll ready to share in under five minutes with zero hassle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find that some of the more useful features, like advanced logic, removing branding, or more detailed analytics, are locked behind higher paid plans. The free and lower tiers are good for getting started, but they feel too restricted if you want polls that look more professional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I recently used ProProfs Poll Maker and found it to be a simple and practical tool for creating polls and surveys. The interface is clean and easy to understand, so even someone without technical background can quickly set up questions and share them. I liked the good customization options like choosing different question types, adding images, and changing the look of the poll to match your style. The reporting is useful, letting you see results in charts and export data if needed. What I like most is how simple and quick it is to use. Creating a poll takes just a few minutes without any technical knowledge. The interface is clean, question types are flexible, and sharing the poll is very easy. Instant results and clear reports make it easy to understand responses and feedback quickly. I also like the ease of sharing polls through links or embedding, along with real-time results and simple reports that make understanding responses quick. Overall, it’s a smooth and user-friendly tool that saves time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only downside I felt is that some advanced features are locked behind paid plans, so you might need to upgrade if you want more options. I also think ProProfs Poll Maker could be even better if more advanced features were included in the standard plan. For example, having more customizable design options, additional question types, and logic branching without needing to upgrade would be helpful. It would also be great to have better export options and deeper analytics in the base plan so users don’t have to pay extra for more detailed insights. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find ProProfs Poll Maker user-friendly and easy to use, requiring no technical skills. The platform is easy to build and configure, and the surveys are flexible, which I really appreciate. Another feature I like is the preview option, which lets me ensure everything is configured correctly before finalizing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think the reporting could be better, especially when sharing the report with different stakeholders, it is limited. Using customizable reporting, being able to hide and show data when sharing with stakeholders and create charts. More options when exporting the data. Building complex logic flows could be better, sometimes it falls short. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The things I liked most about them is that they had a lot of option and poll customization option that includes MCQs and all, more over one can answer in a more expressive and perfect the point answers and it also restricts multiple answers for a single poll so that no one can get influenced and change their poll options Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is one thing that I disliked about their service is that they do not have a lot of administrative features; hence one can not always edit a pre-made survey and have to make a new one moreover, I would like them to add more polling templates to compete with the market Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how straightforward the system is Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One downside is how often times when choosing poll answers, the site will reload and not save answers etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
