The only downside I felt is that some advanced features are locked behind paid plans, so you might need to upgrade if you want more options. I also think ProProfs Poll Maker could be even better if more advanced features were included in the standard plan. For example, having more customizable design options, additional question types, and logic branching without needing to upgrade would be helpful.
