Proplio Reviews & Product Details

Proplio is compliance, rent and repairs software for UK letting agencies and property managers. It keeps gas safety, EICR, EPC, Legionella, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, Right to Rent, HMO and selective licences, PRS Database registration and PRS Ombudsman membership in one dashboard. Certificates turn amber before expiry and red when overdue or missing, with automatic reminders at 90, 60, 30, 14 and 7 days. Agencies can import a portfolio from CSV or Excel, upload certificates, store issue and expiry dates plus reference numbers, invite their team, export audit-ready PDF packs with a timestamped audit trail and report ID, and share read-only landlord views. Proplio also tracks rent due dates and arrears from payment records or bank statement uploads, accepts tenant repair reports with photos, coordinates contractors, and produces landlord statements. The web application is responsive on desktop and mobile. Data is stored in UK and EU data centres, connections are encrypted, and certificates are kept in private storage. Pricing is one flat £49/month for unlimited properties and team members, with a 14-day free trial and no credit card required.
