It gives us the experience and operations to scale without taking on the headache of managing multiple editors or contractors. **What problems is Proofed solving and how is that benefiting you?** Proofed helps us scale our content offering by providing editing and proofreading services. It's a tall order to scale a content team and not having to worry about editing makes it so much easier. Having a third party also helps with more objective feedback and catching errors. ### 2. I personally struggled with 3 other companies (and spoke to another dozen) prior to working with proofed. Only proofed was able to reliably keep to the same high standard during quiet and busy times. **What problems is Proofed solving and how is that benefiting you?** Proofed is helping us to proofread application documents in the range of 3000-4000 words per document. I previously used a number of other proofreading services, but none were able to reliably keep to the same high standard I require. I therefore kept having to move to different proofreading companies prior to finding proofed.
