**What do you like best about ProntoShare?**

ProntoShare is used to share large files, such as videos, images, and audio recordings, that are too large to be sent as email attachments, and this helps us ensure that everyone has access to the same files regardless of size. We also use ProntoShare to share training materials, onboarding documents, and other important information with new employees.

**What do you dislike about ProntoShare?**

Depending on the user, it could have a steep learning curve, and errors can be caused by the users, such as accidentally sharing files with the wrong people or deleting important files etc., if they are not adequately trained.

**What problems is ProntoShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ProntoShare has features such as version control, comments and activity tracking, making it a powerful tool for our teams. It also includes additional features such as file syncing, i.e., files can be automatically kept up to date across multiple devices, and users can access the most recent file version from any device. Security features like encryption and password protection protect shared files and sensitive data, which is critical for our business.

**What do you like best about ProntoShare?**

Lets us share files that have no size limit, i've used it to share huge files like Movies, Series that are in GBs all together, selecting multiple items together to be able to share it all in one go.

**What do you dislike about ProntoShare?**

ProntoShare force closes quite a few times while transferring data. 
While trying to upload mutiple pictures sometimes, we do not get a link to download those files when using the "upload file with get link" option.
Slow in transfer rate too. 
No active updates sadly.

**What problems is ProntoShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solves the problem of sharing large number of files remotely with people at free of cost without any registration too, via an option of email or get link method.
