All it needs is just a little fine-tuning, which would benefit the application greatly. Sometimes just taking the time to review what works and what does not work sends you in the right direction. Diligence and hard work pay off. **What do you dislike about Promo2Go?** Customer service is slow to answer and help with programming issues. It sometimes freezes in the middle of end-of-day reports, which makes a vast difference in inefficiency. They are making strides with glitches but slower than is beneficial.
