**What do you like best about ProM?**

ProM is an open-source software that’s easily used, modified and distributed by anyone without incurring any licensing fee. This is a cost-effective option for our organization.
The software is also constantly being updated and improved based on user feedback. This ensures the software meets the evolving needs of our organization.
It also has a large community behind it, which means that users can access a wealth of knowledge, tutorials and help from other users to learn and master the tool quickly.

**What do you dislike about ProM?**

I have found ProM to be a complex software, which means that it may be overwhelming for some of our users, especially our organization, which deals with large data sets. We have found it to be difficult to navigate the interface and access all the available features.
The software also lacks a dedicated support team. As an open-source software, it doesn’t have a dedicated support team like other commercial software. Here, users have to rely on community forums to resolve any issues they encounter while using the software

**What problems is ProM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ProM helps us to analyze event logs and identify root causes of process issues. This is important for us in identifying and addressing the underlying issues causing problems in the process.
This software also helps us monitor compliance, process standards and regulations and make it easy to address any non-compliant.

**What do you like best about ProM?**

As an organization we considered this framework to help us streamline business processes across the care & clinical settings as it pertains to software integration.

**What do you dislike about ProM?**

The knowledge level to understand the framework is steep and one must understand data and business analyst principles. So that makes it a challenge to present to stakeholders, etc.

**What problems is ProM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's solving the process of execution logs to extract out knowledge gained from the executed process. That allows users to sequence out process scenarios to recreate elsewhere.
