**What do you like best about Prolifiq.ai CRUSH?**

Prolifiq's ability for a seamless integration into Salesforce and accessibility directly from our accounts is one of the biggest benefits. Additionally, Prolifiq is intuitive and easy to use as well as flexible to adapt to our specific processes. The ability to configure specific templates for our relationship maps and cross-sell identification is a huge bonus, it also doesn't take much effort to do this configuration. Prolifiq is quick to implement and also allowed us to take on a crawl-walk-run approach on which features we enabled first. We've leveraged Prolifiq for all of our internal meetings for account plannnig where Excel and PowerPoints used to be the main tools.

**What do you dislike about Prolifiq.ai CRUSH?**

We have a lot of product lines, so the cross-sell mapping and identifying the white-space can be a bit clunky as it expands beyond the page for a single view.

**What problems is Prolifiq.ai CRUSH solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prolifiq has provided a tightly integrated tool to Salesforce and provided organization and central place for information where PowerPoints, Excels, and misc. documentation use to try to manage. It has also provided clear structure to our program to ensure all accounts are managed in a consistent manner.

**What do you like best about Prolifiq.ai CRUSH?**

Salesforce.com native is not very good at managing all stakeholders on a sales opportunity. The SFDC 'Roles' on the Opportunity object is very basic and static. We have review close to 10 partner solutions for stakeholder management and arrived at Profiliq Relationship Map providing exactly that. Many providers claim full integration with SFDC, but in day to day experience you feel that you're working in a different app with a different UX. Not so with Prolifiq Relationship Map. It is truly and natively integrated in Salesforce, allowing customization and reporting exactly in the same way as other native SFDC objects. The graphical support to visualize the relationship map between all external and internal stakeholders is very appealing. Next, it's not just a static view of all stakeholders, as one can easily crate SFDC Tasks associated to any stakeholder  allowing full activity tracking across the various roles at your customer and/or partner to progress an opportunity. I advise our sales staff that when entering new Contacts in SFDC, to enter contacts directly from a Relationship Map associated to the relevant SFDC object (Opportunities, Leads,....) to immediately also enter relationship information (role, strenght of relationship...) next to the static contact details.

Haven't found any area in Prolifiq's Relationship Map that we don't like or want to see improved.

Crush has a wide range of features, all intuitively simple to use and understand. Installing and configuring the product within salesforce is a very straightforward process, and support from their the team is readily available, as well as having detailed access to their guides. I review and use my account plans regularly to keep an up-to-date view of my accounts, its simplicity

**What do you dislike about Prolifiq.ai CRUSH?**

Being fairly new to the salesforce ecosystem it was difficult to understand the more complex configurations surrounding cross sell maps.

**What problems is Prolifiq.ai CRUSH solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to view many aspects of the account, including contacts and opportunities, in one place with good visual effects. I can understand what is happening without having to move through multiple pages of information.

Whether that's understanding our stakeholders and how they work with each other, or building out evolving scoring models to ensure that no customer is left behind - it's customised to us and our business and we always recommend it to our clients too.

Nothing - I think it's superb since the release of the new QBR feature and the ability to have multiple cross-sell maps.

It is solving the gap in data and ties everything together in one intelligent view.

The sales team is able to create an account map within our Salesforce CRM, this is critical for internal adoption that they are able to use a single platform. Was extremely simple to implement. Our sales rep Mike was extremely knowledgable and helpful even after our purchase

**What do you dislike about Prolifiq.ai CRUSH?**

The relationship map can be a bit wonky at times especially with large enterprise accounts that have several stakeholders.

**What problems is Prolifiq.ai CRUSH solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had reps that were creating various account plans and wanted to streamline the process and allow visability to senior leadership within our CRM. Additionally we wanted to identify best practices and allow for repeatability and scale.

We've been using Prolifiq for about two years now. It adds tremendous value to our organization by letting users map out accounts, both prospect and current customers, to see where there might be potential opportunities. The org chart lets you visualize the account hierarchy in an easy and digestible way. Their customer support is also outstanding, and it was fairly easy to get it up and running.

**What do you dislike about Prolifiq.ai CRUSH?**

There isn't much that we dislike about it. Whenever we have an issue, they're always ready to jump on a call to help us.

It's helping us map out accounts, both the way that stakeholders are aligned and to map potential opportunities for customers and prospects.

I like the layout and user experience. I like that the product integrates with Salesforce which is where we want to store sales related information and data. The team at Prolifiq does do a lot of after sales support to offer training and communicate new feature. It was easy to set up and also easy to manage throughout the use of the product.

**What do you dislike about Prolifiq.ai CRUSH?**

Gaining adoption of the product has been hard, especially for sales professionals who are not as adept in Salesforce. In that case, it adds another thing they need to learn and sometimes draws away from the value of the license. There are also some features between contacts in relationship map and salesforce contacts that aren't smooth, although this has largely been solved via updates.

Solving our need to map out complex, regionalized accounts and capture key information about our clients. It also makes us think about our relationships and approach to a complex client.

**What do you like best about Prolifiq.ai CRUSH?**

Prolifiq Crush enables salespeople to establish an account plan that lives and breathes as their business evolves. Powerpoint and other territory planning formats often stay siloed and never referenced after they are created due to their stagnant nature, kept on a desktop or SharePoint, and buried in the mass of other files. Prolifiq Crush's integration into Salesforce allows the user to bring internal leaders into their territory plan by leveraging account Objectives, the customized SWOT analysis, and the priceless Relationship Map. Transparency and accountability are natural byproducts of a well-built Prolifiq Crush account plan; this will drive day-to-day activity, accelerate sales, and align priorities within the broader organization.

**What do you dislike about Prolifiq.ai CRUSH?**

The only challenge with Prolifiq Crush is the relationship map function on Mobile or Tablet can be difficult to navigate, even for an experienced Prolifiq user. A lock function on the map would be extremely valuable.

**What problems is Prolifiq.ai CRUSH solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data sharing is the greatest benefit. Instead of keeping contacts in cell phones or on a disorganized list view on SFDC, Prolifiq Crush allows a user to put each contact on a map, draw their relationship to other members, and most importantly, enables other Team Members to view their contact database. Not only with contacts but with all other account information that a sales representative uncovers; SWOT's, goals, opportunity management, and executive summaries.

The organization it provides teams in thinking strategically and then planning how to execute the strategy is very helpful. The relationship mapping is impressive and easy to visualize how we are managing key relationships and more importantly, where we aren't. Tasks and objectives are great for accountability.

**What do you dislike about Prolifiq.ai CRUSH?**

Adoption and frequency of use by all the client teams would be great - just not happening as well as I'd like. Seems to be training or ease of integration for some teams is a challenge.

**What problems is Prolifiq.ai CRUSH solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping our client teams be more organized and able to focus on client issue identification and then mapping those issues back to relationships is great. From ther we can assign tasks to team members and having the accountability to what they're doing and when it is accomplished.

I like that you take into account our feedback and include enhancements in upcoming releases.

It is not completely User friendly, some things are not intuitive for end users who are not very technically savvy.

Easy adoption and it filled a need for our team. Standing it up was easy with the support we recieved from the Prolifiq team.

There's a pending enhancement that will automate the naming of the columns/rows on the Influence Chart in the Account Plans. Not having it isn't a big deal but if I had to list a dislike it would be that this automation isn't available yet.

Identifying stakeholders. It's mitigating risk of our reps reaching out to incorrect contacts and allowing relationships to develop which help identify folks who have decision-making authority

Giving teams across the revenue cycle visibility into the state of each account and where gaps + opportunities are.

More integrations would be helpful to automate some of the manual tasks.

We were working out of disparate docs and spreadsheets, getting all of the information into salesforce as the center of truth future proofs our relationships. When account ownership changes there is a clear picture of where the relationships were left.

**What do you like best about Prolifiq.ai CRUSH?**

We loved the ability to create account hierarchy charts and the ability to customize the tool around some account management processes we did not want to overhaul.

**What do you dislike about Prolifiq.ai CRUSH?**

Our team didn't have many complaints about the functionaity of CRUSH.  One area where we did have some issues with, was it would take a few minutes in some instances to load up the Account details in the CRUSH tool.

**What problems is Prolifiq.ai CRUSH solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are leveraging CRUSH as our teams account management and relationship management tool.   It's benefitted our team by providing us a route to plan our strategic account plans and manage them on a frequent basis.

**What do you like best about Prolifiq.ai CRUSH?**

The ease of use within Prolifq has been a big selling point to our Sales team.  When a platform is easy to use and provides valuable insights, our end-user are much more apt to use it and this has been the case with Prolifiq.

**What do you dislike about Prolifiq.ai CRUSH?**

We haven't experienced downsides to using Prolifiq.  There are a few features that we have suggested for Relationship Mapping (color coding groups, picklist ability for groups, etc) but these are part of their roadmap which we were excited to hear.

**What problems is Prolifiq.ai CRUSH solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've used Excel spreadsheets to document our strategy within top customers and have created a list for our "web of influence" and Prolifiq Relationship Mapping has allowed us to visual identify who are our supporters and blockers which will enable us to know who to focus on within accounts to grow revenue.

Ease of use, the flexibility of configuration, the time to deploy was quick, ability to customize to our sales process.

not much to dislike here for our use case. The only downside would be the "home page" only allows you to have 1 or 2 columns.

We enjoy that Prolifiq is an easy-to-use software that has allowed our sales team to quickly create account plans.

**What do you dislike about Prolifiq.ai CRUSH?**

There are not any specific dislikes for this software. Prolifiq is very good at creating frequent updates that consistently improve the user experience.

**What problems is Prolifiq.ai CRUSH solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Prolifiq our sales team was tasked with creating account plans inside of PowerPoint. These account plans would get lost in either Dropbox or the seller's desktop. Now we have a single source of truth for each plan.

It helps keep my accounts in order and really show who are champions are that help us move product.

**What do you dislike about Prolifiq.ai CRUSH?**

Not a lot of downside, it helps keep contacts in groups and shows where they fall within the hospital.  Also, helps to organize the champions from blockers so you know who to avoid.

**What problems is Prolifiq.ai CRUSH solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is keeping the accounts in order and showing us who we need to target and avoid when trying to get one of our products in a hospital.  This also is an easy way to know who is still at the  hospital and who has left.

Smooth UI, easy navigation and clear ways to curate/customize our account plans to increase retention, collaboration, goal-setting and outcome-driven sucess.

**What do you dislike about Prolifiq.ai CRUSH?**

This may be a current-state issue solved in a future release, but the ability to export the AP out to a PowerPoint or PDF by picking fields. Also, the ability to connect to other Salesforce instances to share plans natively. Lastly - again something that will likely change in the future - there needs to be a license option that is 'ready only' for non-contributing users (i.e., leaders, etc) .

We had built custom ways to track and maintain Account Plans, but all the pieces that come in the package are really great together, and well suited to today's fast-paced frontline teams.

Prolifiq out of the box has been a solid tool for us to use here at Postman. However we had to make several changes to really meet our needs as a business. Some of the key areas our team really finds helpful are:
-Influence Chart and Stakeholders
-Use Cases, and how it can be one great place to make strategic decisions on Account

**What do you dislike about Prolifiq.ai CRUSH?**

There's nothing we really dislike at the moment. We'll have more clarity here later as it's only been a few months since go live. I'll likely do an end of year update!

**What problems is Prolifiq.ai CRUSH solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A consolidated place where our Sales and Customer Success team can work out of, and let's not forget about the Sales/Solution Engineers! :) Overall we are forming a "Pod" structure and so far we are almost at full adoption. WE just need to further understand how Prolifiq can be used to our full potential.

Prolifiq Crush is an outstanding client intelligence/understanding tool!  The most effective components for us are the relationship map and new Omni Viewer feature. My company is using just part of the Prolifiq suite - Relationship Maps. It's been easy to install and maintain and let admins and users create detailed account maps. We've rolled it out to our sales force and some of our account management team, and it's been well-received. Prolifiq has been good about adding new features with each new release. The price is pretty reasonable, so it wasn't terribly hard to sell internally, and you only need licenses for people who are going to use the maps - not the whole org.
I recommend it.

Everyone that wants to view the map needs a paid license, not just people that want to modify the map.

We can plan engagement and growth across our accounts in a more collaborative way globally, in a way that is simplified, structured, and easily accessible to all. Fantastic product that utilizes all of the native fields in salesforce, avoiding duplication of information.
We love it.

**What do you like best about Prolifiq.ai CRUSH?**

I think the best thing I like about CRUSH is that it's native to Salesforce. One might not think that's a big deal but it can be a pain having to switch between different apps with different user interfaces just to get the data you need for account planning. Salesforce is great for many things but, sometimes, the info you need is scattered among various objects; CRUSH helps with that by displaying the info you need in one place for a high-level snapshot.

**What do you dislike about Prolifiq.ai CRUSH?**

I don't like that it's not free :)  On a serious note, it's not that expensive. I believe it's 35/mo per user, which is just over a dollar a day. Pretty sure there is a free trial, too.

**What problems is Prolifiq.ai CRUSH solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I hadn't really given much thought to identifying and documenting the key influencers on an account plan until I saw the Stakeholder Influence chart in CRUSH. It's a visual representation of the people involved in an account plan that are blockers, champions, and such. The chart is drag and drop, which makes it quick and easy to shift people around based on their status and influence level. If it weren't that simple, I probably wouldn't spend time in this area and just try and keep a mental record of where people are at, which is not best practice.
