What problems is Prokuria solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is very user-friendly, intuitive, and simple to use. I started using Prokuria to place RFPs and RFQs. But, you can also hold auctions with your suppliers. After submitting the request and receiving responses from all the suppliers, one of the platform's features that I found to be quite helpful is the ability to quickly and simply compare the responses and export them to Excel. Also, real-time supplier tracking helped me save a tonne of time. Being able to track my suppliers' every move including who accepted or rejected my invitation and who submitted the response was really helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Prokuria?

Prokuria is so easy to use that I could create and send out an RFQ before lunch on my first day.

When I first started using Prokuria, the only thing worrying me was how complicated it seemed when navigating through other e-sourcing systems - but it turns out all of my worries were for nothing! With Prokuria, it's intuitive because we don't even need any training before implementing or anything like that. What do you like best about Prokuria?

Running a successful event is no easy task, but at least with this platform, you can avoid the pitfalls that come with it. The Compare bids and scoring features are now vital because we can't imagine running an event without these functions! I love how different events are all in one place, so there's never any confusion, and it is so easy to go back to an event if needed. With this system it is really enjoyable to use online tools effortlessly and it is also user-friendly for operators. Operators can also manage group sales with different suppliers. They can send their purchase orders to various suppliers and receive feedback in the shortest time possible without the hassle of manual order sending. Through this system, the user can easily define the name, description, end time, currency, and cool down period, specify which supplier to invite for participation, attach documents, list items they wish to receive questions for, customize questionnaires to gather information with free text fields and single or multiple choice questions.
