The web user interface is easy to navigate and provides a very gentle learning curve for new users. The supporting documentation is generally excellent, and the community seem very responsive. There have been a number of security scares over the years. Sometimes more complicated file transfer processes are difficult to create due to slightly odd choices about what can and can't be done with "macros". Connections with some host types have limited options, not always making it easy to secure the connections in the way we'd prefer. I'm also not a fan of using commas rather than semi-colons to separate email addresses.
