Secure File Sharing with Seamless Integrations

I love using ShareFile Virtual Data Room for secure document sharing and collaboration with clients. It integrates well with our existing tools and solves our biggest pain point by ensuring secure file sharing with external partners without compromising on access controls. The granular permissions and access controls are a huge plus; we can share docs securely with total control. It's great to be able to control who sees what, set permissions, expirations, and even track who downloads documents, which is huge for compliance and security. Integrating it with Salesforce and Office 365 makes document management way smoother. The security features were a big factor in our switch from Box, and the setup was pretty straightforward with support from their team. With around 100 employees, it works great for our team's collaboration needs.

I love using ShareFile Virtual Data Room for secure document sharing and collaboration with clients and partners. The integration with Salesforce and Office 365 is a killer feature—it streamlines our workflow and keeps documents in one place. ShareFile's integration with Salesforce allows us to share documents directly from Salesforce records, keeping everything tied to client projects. The integration with Office 365 makes editing and sharing documents seamless—there's no need to leave the app. We switched from Intralinks to ShareFile because the integrations and pricing structure won us over. The setup was pretty smooth, and the support team helped us migrate data and onboard quickly. It works great for our team size, which is around 50 people, and meets our collaboration needs.
