I’d say the main gap is the lack of strong OKR-tracking capabilities, which makes it harder to tie initiatives directly to outcomes. I have trouble with the visualization and the size of the text when creating a roadmap mostly for short-duration tasks in a large schedule, and magnification doesn't seem to adequately address this issue which means you really must develop alternate schedule views. ProductPlan lacks critical path determination, which is crucial for my needs. I've had previous issues with invoicing and ensuring the invoice is correct with the necessary information. I really like the easy-to-use UI of ProductPlan. It has a very clean look and makes navigation easier.
