"Customizable Roadmaps with Key Integrations - Every Product Team's Dream Tool!"
What do you like best about ProductPlan?

Ability to customize different views based on audience while still working in a single tool.

Ability to filter or change the layout of any roadmap view while also rolling up multiple roadmaps into a single view.

Ability to quickly bundle ideas into a single initiative.

Depending on your current processes and setup, the initial setup could be very quick and easy. Integration with Jira and Slack was a huge selling bonus for us and has worked well. When an integration isn't available, having the webhooks to customize an integration is a nice touch.

Product Plan has a great customer support team, attentive Product team open to suggestions and overall, has just been a great company to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ProductPlan?

Really the only negatives I can think of are the cost and the inability to keep Jira items linked when they move between projects. This could be worked-around for a typical Jira implementation or by using the Idea generation within Product Plan, but doesn't currently work for us. The re-linking is a quick manual process instead. "Frustrating Integration and Usability Issues"
What do you like best about ProductPlan?

I don't have any particular thing I like. The UI has a modern feel if I have to choose something. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ProductPlan?

I tried using ProductPlan for maintaining roadmaps, but it's usually horrible to use, so I prefer not to use it. It's virtually impossible to do ad-hoc work because the integration is so poorly done. When I need to update and change the roadmap, if I realize something's missing from Jira, I have to sync it, which takes many minutes instead of seconds. Integrations and usability are not at a level that would satisfy users. Although we have an enterprise license, nobody uses the features because they feel useless. The initial setup was hard.
