Also it's very useful to see and analyze the process and manage multiple projects by using data set and dashboard sharing. **What do you dislike about ProDiscovery?** Need to improve user interface more friendly. **Recommendations to others considering ProDiscovery:** ProDiscovery is a solution which helps process mining analysis. It is usually used for pre-defined processes like transaction business or manufacturing process. But I think it can be used to analyze online traffic or user experiences in cyber spaces. **What problems is ProDiscovery solving and how is that benefiting you?** Analyzed web traffic, especially for user behavior flow. For example, Google Analytics also shows behavior flow, but it only shows one-way stream based on user interaction. But in real situation, user's activities are very complex and interconnected and not shown linear flow.
