What do you like best about ProcessPlan?

ProcessPlan is excellent when it comes to providing insights that helps in identifying bottlenecks without changing the window.

I can easily prepare flowcharts for representing the tasks involved with our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) through its Visual Editor.

All crucial data such as task descriptions, checklists, necessary attachments for dependency insights can be defined in the Task details summary.

Heat map functionality enables me to manage multiple processes & workflows so that no deadlines are falling behind the schedule. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ProcessPlan?

ProcessPlan platform improves my productivity through its easy implementation & allows me to focus well on high-priority action items in my task list.

We can reach out to its customer support team to avail any add-on services for custom report generation.

Its pricing model for Enterprise is relatively expensive when compared to its competitors. If more granularity is offered on it, there will bea significant increase in community support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ProcessPlan solving and how is that benefiting you?

I've recently started using ProcessPlan platform for my Project Task Management and preparing SOPs for action item documentations.

Since ProcessPlan supports event-based triggers for notification, we get real-time updates whenever there is a change in the Task status.

I can also easily collaborate with my team for sharing technical documents, updating task dependencies and providing primary & secondary point of contact for crucial action items.

It offers granularity in defining our project milestones, issue analysis, task allocation, approval status on peer review and followup procedures for each Project so that no deadlines are impacted.

From its Task management dashboard, I get an unified view on task accountability, pending tasks, status updates, operational bottlenecks and escalating overdue tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"An absolute must for every business."

What do you like best about ProcessPlan?

Never drop the ball on a client or forget to update a sales page again. Everything in a business is a process, and this tool makes it easy to manage those processes, and more importantly delegate them when you are ready to hand them off to an employee or a VA. My favorite thing about the platform is the automation capabilities behind every task outcome. I wish I would have found this tool years ago when I started building out our internal process. Using Zapier it becomes plug and play with any CRM too - including automagically updating the client record as part of the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ProcessPlan?

There is nothing I strongly dislike about the platform, and the support has been great whenever I have run into an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering ProcessPlan:

They have great support and training, but like all software companies, they do not build out your process on your behalf. I recommend hiring the implementation out instead of spending days figuring it all out on your own and coming up with best practices. If you do choose to implement on your own, give yourself time to play with it instead of trying to rush through it. You will learn more about its capabilities as there are a ton of hidden features, and have more fun with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Oh wow, this is an extensive list. Before process plan I tried a bit of everything. From using Wrike task templates to trello cards, to printed checklists. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
