If you're familiar with mindmaps then you'll like it, and if you're not, you'll learn everything easily. I tried many mind-mapping apps before but this one is superior, plus it offers plenty of collaboration tools, and it offers free plans! My favorite features are the magic wand and the diversified shapes. **What do you dislike about ProcessOn?** No android app, and the base website is Chinese (I think), so sometimes everything accedentally turns Chinese and I don't know what to do, so I close the browser and then sign in again! **What problems is ProcessOn solving and how is that benefiting you?** It basically deals with complicated plans and projects. It allows you to visualize every aspect of your project, make sure everything is in place, and even assign roles. This makes it super simple to work on a mind map with my colleagues. **What do you dislike about ProcessOn?** ProcessOn can lag a bit at times and being an English speaking user from the United States, it doesn't help that certain instructions or tips on the site are in a foregin language. It would be nice for everything on the site to be available in the different languages they offer rather than certain things being translated. **What problems is ProcessOn solving and how is that benefiting you?** ProcessOn eliminates my need for paper brainstorming. But if you are using other platforms such as JIRA or Confluence,the plugins makes sense. **What problems is ProcessOn solving and how is that benefiting you?** Common sense I use ProcessOn to create professional flowcharts, diagrams, and many other network diagrams, it is free, web based. It includes all types of business process diagrams, flowcharts, organizational charts, value chain, and many other diagrams that can be shared.
