**What do you like best about Procensol?**

It is an awesome BPM tool that is easy to use and easy to impliment with wide industry solutions. It has strong partnership with appian and has a wise customer support.

**What do you dislike about Procensol?**

It is costly to use and is quite dependant on Appian. It lacks that ease of integration with the industry accepted solutions and has limitations with respect to resource availibility.

**What problems is Procensol solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps reduce process inefficiencies improving the business process management. It has proved to be an excellent solution to modernize legacy systems and assist in digital transformation of solutions. It also helps me in better decision making with the data made available via the system.
