Whether you are working from a single workstation or managing a multi-discipline network, ProCal has you covered. With pre-loaded drivers for a wide range of instruments, including Transmille's equipment, Fluke multiproduct calibrators and multimeters, and Agilent multimeters, you can save time and immediately get started on your calibration tasks. One of the standout features of ProCal is its 'traffic light' system, which makes it easy to see the status of each test. The system uses green to indicate pass, red to indicate fail, and orange for probable fail or probable pass conditions. This feature reduces the likelihood of errors and ensures a more accurate and efficient calibration process. Additionally, automated connection prompts are available for your convenience. The ease of integration into my quality management system and the excellent customer support. I use it pretty much everyday. **What do you dislike about ProCal?** Sometimes it just glitches also I dislike the way it comes up with a statement of why are there no charges when I am completing a calibration when I do not use the Pro Sales feature. I did have some installation problems. Lack of an up to date manual is also an issue. **What problems is ProCal solving and how is that benefiting you?** Combined with ProCal Track it is a complete package to do all the administrave and procedural requirements for my lab ### 2. Functionality is straight forward. Procedure setup is directly how the output data will present on calibration certificate. Easy to implement. Easy to train technicians on simple procedure development. Closed-Loop automated calibrations are easy to develop. Request for feature changes and technical support is responsive and open to new ideas. Calculates real-time uncertainty with UUT measurement stability. **What do you dislike about ProCal?** ProCal does not perform advanced math functions. Support for advanced uncertainty analysis (such as uniform inside circle, rayleigh distribution) is not yet available. However, this can be partially bypassed with inserting fixed pre-calculated uncertainties. Support for test loops (leveling for RF power) and other advanced programming is not available (effect small number of equipment). **What problems is ProCal solving and how is that benefiting you?** Standardization of process and procedures in calibration environment. Maintaining basic fundamentals for uncertainty analysis. Teaching technicians process flow for procedure development. Visualizing effects of measurement uncertainty during calibration. ### 3. Things are much more organized and more streamlined since switching to managed software. **What do you dislike about ProCal?** There seem to be quite a few error message glitches. Maneuverability through the software could be better, simple changes are not always simple to find within the software. **What problems is ProCal solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our calibrations used to be the wild west. ProCal is now taming that process and things are more efficient and organized. ### 4.
