**What do you like best about Pro-Forma?**

I refer my startup clients to Pro-Forma because of how easy it is to use for such robust data inputs. I like how it covers everything a startup needs to showcase to investors. It's a one-stop shop for founders to confidently showcase their startup pitch in a most "I'm 100% ready" way.

**What do you dislike about Pro-Forma?**

If you're complelty 100% lost at finanical forecasting, it make take a little longer to get used to everything, but once you start and go through the steps, everything begins making sense even for someone whose never created a financial forecast, cap raise and term sheet before.

**What problems is Pro-Forma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

99% of small businesses fail within their first year due to infussicent funds amongst other reasons. Cash flow and capital is what founders truly need to keep the business going along with many other crucial decions that deal with operations, and pivoting to the markets demand. Pro-Forma helps founders raise capital confidently, showing a close financial forecast that means somethign to investors, where investors can take a glance and easily caputure what is in it for them. Pro-Forma shows forecasts where founders can make better decisions and manipulate expenses and revenue streams and see how it affects numbers through out the report. No more spreadsheets, no more "I don't know what to show investors".
